| 摘 要： | 文章从界定知识产权滥用行为的概念和主要形态入手,运用法学基本理论对规制知识产权滥用行为进行分析,进而考察其他国家对相关问题的立法经验,并在此基础上,结合我国实际提出了完善我国法律规制体系的立法建议。

| Abstract: | Based on the definition of the concept of the abuse of intellectual property,this article analyses the form of the abuse of intellectual property of transnational corporations,and demonstrates that it is necessary to regulate it on legal.this article also investigates the legislations of some counties,and sets forth some legislation suggestions on the improvement of the legal regulation system of China. |
