试论我国高等教育管理学科范式的重构

摘    要:范式理论对高等教育管理学科建构具有重要的启示意义,学科建构首先应明确学科性质、研究对象、逻辑起点等若干问题,其次还要科学地处理理论研究与应用研究、学科逻辑取向与问题取向、经验研究与实证研究等系列关系。从中国高等教育管理学科的发展及所存在不足来看,当前高等教育管理学科建构可能的范式选择应重点考虑政策分析和院校研究范式。

Abstract:Paradigm theory gives an inspiration to the academic construction of higher education management discipline.The construction of higher education management discipline should clear its academic property,research object and logic starting point,etc.and also should deal with some relationships clearly,as to distinguish between theory study and application study,subject logic oriention and problem oriention,experience study and essence study,etc.From the history of the subject development and its shortcomings,policy analysis and institutional research should be the most possible research paradigm of present higher education management discipline.
