| 摘 要： | 信息技术的迅猛发展在加快经济全球化和一体化进程、促进全球贸易自由化发展的同时,也加剧了各国经济发展的不平衡,引发了新的贸易保护主义。技术性贸易壁垒已经成为中国贸易摩擦面临的新课题。政府应在维护竞争环境方面发挥应有的作用,促进贸易利益的最大化。

| Abstract: | Rapid technology development has not only accelerated the economic globalization and integration and pushed the trade liberalization but aggravated the unbalance among countries and triggered off the new trade protectionism.Since technical trade barrier has become the new problem of trade conflicts,government should play an active role on protecting competitive environment to make the maximum profit. |
