| 摘 要： | 公民意识,是打开现代化大门的一把钥匙。人的现代化是社会现代化的核心,而公民意识是实现现代化的基础和途径。培育公民意识是发展社会主义市场经济的内在要求和建设社会主义民主政治的本质规定。公民意识的产生和普及,需要一个宪法精神与法律思想的教育过程。

| Abstract: | Citizen consciousness is the key to unlock the gate to modernization. The modernization of man is the core of community modernization. But citizen consciousness is the basis and the approach to realize modernization. To cultivate citizen consciousness is the intrinsic demand of developing socialist market economy and essential stipulation of constructing socialist democratic politics. The emergence and the popularization of citizen consciousness need an educational process of constitution essence and statue idea. |
