利用逼近理想解法(TOPSIS)解决第三方物流企业绩效评价与外包决策问题.通过分析影响第三方物流企业经营状况的因素,确定了评价指标并建立了评价模型.经过对不同的第三方物流企业的经营状况进行了综合评价,结果表明,TOPSIS法更有效地利用了企业经营的历史数据,评价更客观、决策更准确.

Performance evaluation of 3PLs and decision of logistics outsourcing based on TOPSIS method

The technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution(TOPSIS)was applied to evaluate the performance of third party logistics enterprises(3PLs)and to make decision of outsourcing the logistics services.By means of analyzing the factors affecting states of operations in 3PLs,evaluat- ing indicators were set up and an evaluation model was constructed.Then states of operations in differ- ent 3PLs were evaluated synthetically based on TOPSIS.The results show that the method is more ef- ficient in the use of historical business data,more objective in evaluation and more accurate in decision -making.
