黄石国有矿冶企业知识型员工的激励管理浅析

摘    要:在知识经济时代,技术成为决定一个企业是否具有竞争力的一个重要因素,作为掌握科学技术知识的知识型员工成为各企业争夺的对象。目前,国有矿冶企业知识型员工相对紧缺,知识型员工流动比较容易,从而造成的人才流失风险增大。本文在界定知识型员工的相关概念和了解相关激励理论之后,分析了黄石国有矿冶企业在对知识型员工激励管理方面存在的问题并提出了相应的对策。

Abstract:In the rapid development of Science and technology, in which is called knowledge - economic social by us, technology as a business decision whether or not competitive is an important factor, as a master of science and technology knowledge, knowledge workers to become more and more popular, At present, in mining and metallurgy of state - owned enterprises, the relative shortage of knowledge workers, the flow of knowledge workers more easily, result in increased risk of brain drain, la this paper, as defined in the knowledge- based employees of related concepts and understanding of the theory of incentive- related, in - depth analysis of this style state - owned enterprises in huangshi at the knowledge - hased staff incentive management problems and put forward countermeasures for enterprises in this area of practice has made actively explored.
