| 摘 要： | 西汉历时二百多年与其特殊的中央政权组织结构形式有很大的关联,西汉中央政权组织结构呈现直线集权阶梯状,其特点有三,一是高度集权的直线管理网络；二是阶梯状层级晋升制度；三是极致的精细化分工.

| Abstract: | the Western Han Dynasty lasted over 200 years, which had great relevance with its special organizational structure in its central government. The central government of the Western Han Dynasty had in its linear centralized organizational structure three characteristics： namely, the highly centralized linear management network, the ladder - like hierarchy promotion system and the ex- tremely fine division of labor. |
