| 摘 要： | 最近,社会上频繁出现以"亲吻权"、"哺乳权"、"追悼权"等权利受到侵害为由而提起诉讼的民事侵权纠纷案件.对于这一现象,文章从法学理论角度和客现实践的角度分别对其进行阐述,指出此类权利纠纷不能纳入法院受理范围,此类权利也不能纳入法律保护的范围,而只能通过道德规范进行调整.

| Abstract: | Recently, many civil dispute cases are frequently prosecuted for civil trespass, such as the infringement of the rights of kissing, suckling and mourning, From the angles of legal theory and objective reality, the writer illustrates that such civil cases neither can be accepted and heard by court nor can be protected by law, but only can be regulated by code of ethics. |
