| 摘 要： | 教学秘书是连接学校教务工作与院(系)教学工作的桥梁和纽带,是高校教学管理队伍中的骨干力量。在教育部五年一轮的教学评估中,教学秘书起着推进日常教学工作和规范教学档案管理等关键作用,其素质、能力和工作质量的高低,都会对高校教育质量和迎评促建工作产生直接影响。为此,本文从分析高校教学秘书队伍建设在迎评促建中的地位和作用入手,提出加强高校教学秘书队伍建设的相关措施。

| Abstract: | A teaching secretary is a tie that links educational administration of colleges and universities with that of departments.A teaching secretary is mainstay of the managers in colleges and universities.In the teaching assessment of the Ministry of Education every four years,a teaching secretary plays an important role in dealing with the routine work and managing the teaching archives,the quality of work of a teaching secretary will directly influnce the quality of education and the assesment.Therefore,the paper analyzes the position and role of a teaching secretary,and then put forwards some measures to improve the development of teaching secretary. |
