| 摘 要： | 江泽民同志基于对物质与精神辩证关系的深刻理解,提出了民族精神是衡量一个国家综合国力强弱的重要尺度的思想,即"精神国力"思想,并对"精神国力"的内涵与特征、功能及现实意义都作了精辟的阐述,是综合国力理论的重大创新.

| Abstract: | Having a deep-going understanding of the dialectic relationship between matter and mind, JIANG Ze-min came up with the concept that national spirit is an important principle for judging the overall national strength of a country, in other words, concept of spiritual national strength. Besides, he gives an explicit expression about the essence, characteristics, functions and practical significances of spiritual national strength, which is a significant innovation on the theory about overall national strength. |
