| 摘 要： | 阐述了高校大型仪器设备资源整合和共享平台的概念,论述了资源整合、专业队伍建设、激励与约束相结合的管理运行机制在高校共享平台中的作用,提出了构建信息平台以实现资源共享、提高共享效益的重要性。
