| 摘 要： | 中日两国近代技术引进中政府扮演着重要的角色。日本明治政府始终是积极干预并引导企业产权结构和组织形式的制度变迁 ,而中国的企业制度发明及政府对企业的干预方式则始终保持着对其传统的记忆 ,本土的惰性阻碍了现代化的进程。

| Abstract: | Government has played an important role in the process of technology introduction both in China and Japan in modern times, but in opposite senses. In Japan the Meiji government had played a positive role in interposing and directing the system changes in enterprise property structures and organizational forms. However, inventions of Chinese enterprise system and means of government's interposing in enterprises have been conducted in the traditional methods, which have formed the barriers for the process of modernization in China. |
