| 摘 要： | 矿产资源企业的跨国经营超出一般经济意义上的竞争与合作,仅仅考虑经济因素是无法解释现实问题。基于利益相关者理论,从企业经济利益和对利益相关者道德承诺的平衡、不同利益相关者利益的平衡这两条线索出发,提出了构建矿产资源跨国企业的相应对策,其基本逻辑思路是:全面提升企业的基础管理水平,准备融入利益相关者管理;构建具有适应性的核心利益相关者结构;在跨国经营整体策划中融入利益相关者关系考虑,在计划管理体系中加入考虑各方的战略性审核;在处理与非核心相关者的关系上,跨国经营企业可以通过政府机制或市场机制来获得支持;关注全球趋同的跨国公司道德期望,有计划地适应企业社会责任和国际伦理标准。
