| 摘 要： | 从分析产业集群的特征入手,提出提升产业集群竞争力是推进区域经济发展的重要途径,从集群的行为业绩、集群的潜在能力、集群战略和管理机制三个方面来构建产业集群竞争力的指标体系,并对产业集群健康发展提出了相应的对策和建议。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzed the characteristics of industrial cluster and argued that increasing the competitiveness of industrial cluster is an important approach to advance regional economy. An evaluation indicator system of industrial cluster' competitiveness was proposed from the perspectives of the cluster's action competitiveness, the cluster's potential ability and the cluster's strategic and management ability. Then some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward. |
