| Abstract: | As one of the fundmental principles in the civil law field, the autonomy of the will has played a more and more important role in the testate succession along with the development of Chinese legal institution. The article will give you a comprehensive introduction of it in the testate succession on the basis of retroacting for the history of its development, and put forward some personal opinions on how to improve the design of freedom in the Chinese testament system. |
