摘 要: | 教师职业从经验化到专业化,经历了300多年的发展历程。20世纪80年代以来,教师专业化浪潮席卷全球,世界各国都制定了教师教育的国家发展战略。教师专业化是教师教育的核心,是提高教师职业社会价值的根本。提高教师专业化水平,是教师教育改革与发展的永恒主题。

Abstract: | From empiricism to professionalization,teacher's education has gone through the developmental process for over 300 years.Every country in the world has drawn up national development strategy on teacher's education to guarantee its quality since 1980's.The tide of teacher's professionalization sweeps across the world.Teacher's professionalization is the core of teacher's education and the essence of improving the social value of teacher's profession.Enhancing the level of teacher's professionalization is the eternal subject of the reform and development for teacher's education. |
