“工匠精神”究竟是什么：一个整合性框架

当前工匠精神已被提升到国家层面,“弘扬工匠精神,厚植工匠文化”逐渐成为开展品质革命的重要助推力。现有研究主要从职业精神、道德伦理、组织文化和价值取向等4个基本视角对工匠精神进行界定,但存在着视角不够全面、层次较为单一的问题。为了更好地推动工匠精神研究及其相关实践开展需构建一个整合性的概念框架,即工匠精神包含品质追求、履职信念、职业承诺、能力素养、持续创新和传承关怀等6个维度,它们可从终极目标、业务技艺、职业态度和社会责任等4个方面系统地诠释工匠精神的丰富内涵。未来研究可以在该整合性框架的基础上开发相应的测量工具,进而探究工匠精神的影响前因、作用结果及其边界条件等。     

Intention to Leave the Profession: Welfare Social Workers Compared to Health Care and Community Social Workers in Israel

ABSTRACT

This study aimed to compare specific work related-factors (personal factor: length of work experience; structural factors: personal subjection to violence and fear of being subjected to violence; and psychological factors: professional quality of life—compassion satisfaction, burnout, and compassion fatigue) between welfare social workers (SWs) (n = 200) and health care and community SWs (n = 173). Furthermore, since the issue of turnover among SWs has important implications for the provision and programming of social services, the study also aimed to assess the relationship between these factors and SW intention to leave the profession. For the purpose of this study, online questionnaires were distributed to SWs working at social agencies and services. The findings suggest that the two categories of SWs showed a similarity with regard to the association between the personal and structural factors and intention to leave the profession. However, with regard to the psychological factors, the components of professional quality of life were found to operate differently in each category of SWs. It is suggested that future research examine other work-related factors and explore the intention to leave the profession among other social work specializations and employment sectors.

加强医学职业道德教育的对策

当前，我国的医患关系主流是好的，但在一些医患之间还存在不和谐的现象，表现在少数医患关系紧张，有的医患之间发生冲突，甚至个别的发生暴力行为，打伤、致残医生，情节更为严重的是极个别的患者杀害医生。医患关系紧张的原因是多方面的，医患双方道德素养偏低是其根本原因。因此，提高医患双方道德素养是改善医患关系的治本良方，而加强医学职业道德教育是提高医学道德素养的根本途径。应采取积极的对策，全方位、多角度开展医学职业道德教育，全面构建和谐的医患关系，为构建和谐医院和和谐社会奠定坚实的思想道德基础。     

农村土地承包经营权发展分析

改革开放以来,土地承包经营权权利体系发生了深刻的变化,呈现出总体发展的轨迹,但随着经济社会不断进步,土地承包经营权面临很多新的问题,对土地承包经营权的发展提出了新的要求。本文通过对土地承包经营权发展过程以及面临问题的分析,提出土地承包经营权应该向统一的城乡土地使用权法权体系、商品性、融资性权利方向发展,农民主体应由“身份”向“职业”方向发展。

HRD in 2020: a hop-on,hop-off city tour

This article reports on the outcome of a Future Search Conference in the UK to consider human resource development (HRD) in 2020 and beyond. We firstly consider themes from the past into the present. This includes the persistence of solutions in HRD that are systematic, predictable, how apprenticeships in the UK have had to accommodate government policies to ameliorate youth unemployment and the long-standing difficulty for HRD of failing to demonstrate a return on investment (ROI) on activities. We then present four scenarios based on key questions for the future relating to value of HRD and whether this will be a future for HRD. Reponses to the questions form scenario logics which we present against the theme of city tour. Each scenario is explained against the presented logic with positive, negative, ambiguous and uncertain implications for HRD. We suggest that each scenario carries a glimpse of what might be.
