| 摘 要： | 在20世纪30年代中国适于何种政体的大讨论中,一些知识分子提出了在中国实行独裁政治的主张,遭到了激烈反对。张君劢等人则提出了"修正的民主政治"。"修正的民主政治"仍然是要解决政府之权与人民之能的问题。它与40年代民主党派要求的联合政府形式一致,但与中共主张的联合政府有很大差距,具有双重倾向。

| Abstract: | In the debate about what kind of regime really fitted China in the 1930's some intellectuals urged the necessity of autocracy,but there was still a viice persistently advocationg democracy.Some intellectuals such as ZHANG Jun-man put forward "corrective democracy".It still tried to solve the contradictory of the power of government and the right of people.It is similar to the United Government advocated by democracy party,but it is very different to the United Government advocated by CPC. |
