| Abstract: | It is insufficient to understand the principle of the presumption of innocence in its applicability scope ,legal meaning ,and value judgement at the level of law branches .It embodies not just a law principle ,but an important human rights principle?The rich value details of this principle of the presumption of innocence were explored from such five analysis dimensions as concept,logic, econimic, regulation, reality.And the great significance that it has on the modern China's fate and legal system construction. |
