伊拉克战争与国际局势

海湾战争以来,伊拉克与美国之间围绕制裁与反制裁、"颠覆"与"反颠覆"展开了针锋相对的斗争。9·11事件后,美国怀疑和指控伊拉克参与和支持恐怖主义活动、拥有和研制大规模杀伤性武器,欲对伊动武。美国发动对伊拉克战争,其短期目的是推翻萨达姆政权,控制伊拉克;其中、长期目的是独霸中东,制约欧、亚大国,主导世界事务。伊拉克战争对国际局势产生了显著的影响,伊拉克变得面目全非,中东地区动荡不安,欧洲出现裂痕,亚洲一些国家受到潜在的威胁。

Iraqi War & International Situation

Since the Gulf War,a tit for tat struggle had been waged between Iraq and the USA, surrounding sanction and counter\|sanctions,subversion and counter-subversion.After the "9.11 Incident",the United States charged Iraq with participating in the supporting terrorism, owning and producing weapons of mass destruction,and intended to start a war against Iraq. The short\|term purpose of the war is to overthrow the Saddam Hussein Government,while in the long\|run,the United States wants to wield absolute power in the Middle East,exercise its restraints upon major European and Asian countries,and to dominate world affairs.The Iraqi War has an enormous influence on the international situation,with Iraq changed beyond recognition,the Middle East in turmoil,rift appearing among European countries,and some Asian countries under potential threat.
