新时期高校统战工作的思考

分析了新时期形势的发展变化给高校带来的影响,论述了高校统战工作出现的新情况、新特点。就如何开展好统战工作提出了五项措施:提高认识,加强党的领导与合作;建章立制,加强对统一战线组织的管理;做好党外知识分子的思想教育工作;开展理论研究,创新工作方式方法;开展活动,努力为高校人才工作服务。指出了应充分发挥统一战线的法宝作用,更好地为高校的改革、发展和稳定服务。

Reflection on the united front work in the universities of the new period

The authors analyze the influence of the development and alternation of the conditions of the new particular period in the universities. It expounds the new condition and character of the united front work in the universities and provides five steps on how to improve it as following: to increase the knowledge and strengthen the leadership and cooperation of the political party; to establish the rules and strengthen the management of the united front organization; to do the ideological education work on the intelligentsias outside the party; to study the theory of the party and innovate the ways of work; to work hard to serve the intelligentsia in the universities. We should make the important function of the united front work to serve the innovation, development and stabilization of the universities.
