宁夏产业结构演进实证分析——基于偏离份额分析模型

宁夏在西部大开发过程中,经济取得了较快增长。但准确认识一个地区经济的发展成果还要结合产业结构的演进程度。宁夏产业结构在近10年的演进过程中,还存在着农业比重高,增长慢;工业和第三产业比重过低,产业结构不合理等问题。宁夏新兴工业虽具有一定竞争力优势、服务业发展态势良好、产业竞争优势明显,但这两大产业规模增长过慢,只有进一步实现工业、服务业的产业结构优化升级,才能提高宁夏地区经济的内生增长能力。

A Case Study on Ningxia Industrial Structure Evolution——Based on Shift-Share Method

In the proceeding of Northwestern Development,Economy in Ningxia achieves considerable growth.But accurate understanding of the fruit of economic development needs to take the standard of industrial structure evolution into consideration.In almost ten years evolution period,Ninxia industrial structure still exists some problems like high proportion and low increase of agriculture;low proportion of industry and the third industry,unreasonable industrial structure.Although the newly-developed industry in Ningxia has its competitive advantage,service industry shows good tendency of positive development and the advantage of industrial competition is striking,these two industrial scale increases with slow space.The economic internal growth capacity can only be promoted by optimizing and raising the industrial structure and service industry structure.
