| 摘 要： | 党的民主集中制原则是马克思主义建党学说的重要内容,也是中国共产党的根本组织原则。既是党的先进性的表现,又是党的先进性的保证。从历史和现实的视角理解和把握民主集中制的历史由来、理论内涵、民主集中制与党的先进性的关系,对于自觉践行党的民主集中制原则,提高党的执政能力、执政水平和战斗力具有重要的意义。

| Abstract: | Our party's principle of democratic centralism is a very important content in Marxism party-building doctrine.It is also the basic organization principle of the Chinese Communist Party.This can show and guarantee our party's progressiveness.Understanding the historical origin,theoretical content and the relationship between the democratic centralism and the progress of CCP from the historical and realistic perspective will improve the management ability,management level,and combat efficiency of the CCP,which is quite significant. |
