| 摘 要： | 产业的竞争特性在很大程度上决定了该产业中各企业的潜在赢利水平。依据竞争战略理论,分析高技术产业中企业的进入壁垒、替代威胁、买方和供方竞争压力,提出高技术产业的竞争特性。高技术的尖端性和创造性决定了高技术企业的竞争突出表现为以研究开发为主体的技术竞争,技术创新的能力、速度以及技术的专有性成为竞争力的决定因素。

| Abstract: | Competitiveness of an industry determines to the large the potential profits of enterprises in the industry. In perspective of Michael E. Porter' s theory of competitiveness of high-tech industry, this article analyzes the entry barriers, product substitution threats, and pressure from the competition between the producer and buyer, and based on this analysis, this article argues that due to the nature of high-tech industry, namely, high technology and innovation, the competitiveness of high-tech industry consist of capacity of new product development, capacity of technological innovation, and exclusive ownership of technologies. |
