安徽与长三角城市群耦合机制研究

作为世界级城市群长三角城市群中的一员，安徽可以利用自身的区位基础、资源基础、产业基础、交通基础和合作基础等优势，加快融进长三角并与长三角相得益彰地发展。但安徽在经济实力、产业结构、对外经济贸易和教育科研等方面与长三角其他地区有明显落差，因此，安徽需从以下八方面加快与长三角城市群的耦合机制建设，从而全面接轨长三角:构建基建交通的融畅机制；构建产业支撑的融接机制；构建新型城镇化的融动机制；构建金融支持的融资机制；构建社会民生的融洽机制；构建生态文明的融和机制；构建人才流动的融通机制；构建文化内涵的融合机制。

On the Coupling Mechanism Between Anhui Province and the Yangtze River Delta Urban Agglomerations

As a member of the world-class urban agglomerations (the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomerations), Anhui province can integrate into the Yangtze River Delta and can bring out the best in each other by using its foundation of geographic position, resource, industry, transportation and cooperation. However, there is an obvious gap between Anhui province and other areas of Yangtze River Delta in terms of economic power, industrial structure, foreign economic relations and trade, and education and research development. Therefore, Anhui need to quickly construct the coupling mechanism of the Yangtze Rive Delta urban agglomeration from eight aspects, which include the construction of an unblocked mechanism of infrastructural transportation, a connecting mechanism of industrial support, a dynamic mechanism of new type urbanization, a financing mechanism of financial support, a harmonious mechanism of social people's livelihood, a blending mechanism of ecological civilization, a mobile mechanism of talents flow and a coalescing mechanism of cultural connotation. Thus, Anhui province can fully integrate with Yangtze River Delta.
