| Abstract: | The poverty of ethnic districts is caused by the following district differences:quality of cultivated lands resources,far away from the economic center,traffic and transportation,share of the public wealth of the society and the spiritual wealth,ecological environment,product price of districts,invest circle.In order to solve the problem of the knowledge poverty reghts poverty and manpower poverty of ethnic district,we should deal with the relation of stopgap and radical measures,and improve the sci\|tech contents of helping the poor,thus establish the economic structure of opening society. |
