| Abstract: | The essence of the important principle of the "Three Represents" is that the Party should exercise state power for the people. To meet that demand, we Party members must accurately interpret "the Party is built for the public" and grasp its spirit. We must make scientific studies of the challenges and strive to create in the whole society the atmosphere that "the Party is built for the public" and enhance the sense of duty that "the Party exercises state power for the people". |
