| 摘 要： | 文章旨在探讨闭队信任对团队水平组织公民行为产生影响的作用机制,即团队信任是否会通过团队心理授权的中介作用对团队水平组织公民行为产生影响.运用相关和回归分析、结构方程建模对中国文化背景下团队心理授权与团队水平组织公民行为的关系,以及团队信任的作用进行了探讨.结果表明,团队信任对团队心理授权,团队水平组织公民行为有正向影响；团队心理授权在团队信任和团队水平组织公民行为之间具有部分中介作用. |

| Abstract: | This study was designed to explore the mechanism of team trust on the organizational citizenship behavior(OCB) at team level,namely whether team trust can have an effect on OCB at team level through the mediating role of team psychological empowerment.Correlation analysis,regression analysis and structural equation were used to examine the relations between team psychological empowerment and OCB at team level,and the effect of team trust in Chinese context.The results revealed that team trust has significant effects on team psychological empowerment and OCB at team level;team psychological empowerment is the part meditating variable in the relationship between team psychological empowerment and OCB at team level. |
