We are experiencing great and rapid scientific and technological development.University journals play a vital role in the introduction and promotion of knowledge innovation and scientific research.This has posed greater demands for the competence of editors.This paper analyses the competence requirements for editors in the new times and puts forward some methods for enhancing editors' competence. |
