| 摘 要： | 随着中国市场经济体制的逐步建立以及社会结构的日趋分化，如何有效地促进中介组织的快速发展，建立完善的中介组织体系是中国和谐社会建设中的重大课题。文章试图对中介组织在现代经济社会的作用、公民社会为中介组织的存在与发展提供的机遇及挑战进行分析，并在此基础上研究中介组织的制度构建，以建立完善的中介组织体系，充分发挥中介组织的功能，促进中国经济社会的发展。
