| 摘 要： | 在分析基本公共教育服务体系内涵的基础上，探讨了国内基本公共教育体系建设的现状:教育财政投入逐年增加，城乡教育发展较快，初步形成了完善的基本公共教育服务体系，但与教育发达国家相比还有一定的差距，并在探索基本公共教育服务体系建设存在的主要问题之后，提出了相应对策:加大基本公共教育服务的投入力度、合理配置教育资源、调整教育供给结构、贯彻教育机会均等原则、鼓励职业教育发展。〖BP(〗基本公共教育服务体系是基本公共服务体系的重要组成部分。加速推动基本公共教育服务建设，构建较为完善的基本公共教育服务体系，是当前各级政府面临的重大问题。通过对中国基本公共教育服务体系建设的现状及存在的问题进行分析研究，探讨构建基本公共教育服务体系的对策与建议

| Abstract: | On the basis of analyzing the connotation of the basic public education service system, the article probes into the current situation of the construction of basic public education system in China ： the yearly increasing investment in education finance, and the rapid development of urban and rural education, help to form perfect basic public education service system initially, but there is still a certain gap compared with education in developed countries; and after exploring the main problems in the construction of the basic public education service system, it puts forward the corresponding countermeasures： to increase investment in basic public education services, to the allocate educational resources reasonably, to adjust the structure of education supply, to implement the principle of equal education opportunities, and to encourage the development of vocational education. |
