知识共享与组织绩效:知识驱动的人力资源管理实践作用研究 总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5
本文基于知识观.提出并验证了知识驱动的人力资源管理实践的三维结构及知识相关的组织绩效的两维结构,探讨了知识驱动的人力资源管理实践对知识共享和组织绩效的影响作用.实证研究表明:第一,注重胜任力和学习潜力的人员选拔、多样性的培训与开发对知识共享和知识探索性绩效具有显著的正向影响,多样性的培训与开发对知识拓展性绩效具有显著的正向影响;第二,知识共享具有中介作用;第三,知识驱动的人力资源管理实践与知识共享对知识探索性绩效的影响要强于对知识拓展性绩效的影响.本研究结果从现代知识管理的独特视角,对人力资源管理实践影响组织绩效的"黑箱"(Black Box)进行了一次新的有益探索,揭示了知识驱动的人力资源管理实践的作用机理. 相似文献

在复杂多变的竞争环境中,知识密集型企业如何提高自身的知识管理能力和组织创新水平是一个重要的研究议题.尽管理论研究者已经认识到人力资源管理实践对知识分享、组织创新的影响作用,但检验这三者之间关系的经验研究迄今还不多见.本研究通过对124家知识密集型企业的实证考察发现,承诺型人力资源管理实践与知识分享之间存在显著的正相关关系;同时发现,知识分享在承诺型人力资源管理实践和组织创新之间起到了部分中介作用.我们的研究丰富了有关知识管理的文献,也为组织创新管理实践提供了有益的启示. 相似文献

运用多智能体仿真模型从微观层面构建组织知识学习仿真模型,研究在组织内部人员流动和组织外部环境变动的情况下,组织知识编码策略、组织内部人际学习速度和组织人员编码知识学习速度对组织知识水平的影响.研究结果表明,在外部环境变动的情况下.适当的人员变动有利于提高组织知识水平,二者的关系呈倒U型结构;在内外环境稳定的情况下,人际学习速度与组织知识水平的关系也呈倒U型结构,但在组织内外环境变动的情况下,高人际学习速度有利于提高组织知识水平;频繁的组织知识编码能在短时间内提高组织知识水平,但影响组织知识的异构性,不利于组织长期知识水平的提高;在外部环境变动的情况下,适当的知识编码策略有利于缓解环境变动对组织知识水平的负面影响.从理论上扩展和验证了现有模型,从实践上为组织文化氛围建设、知识编码管理和人力资源管理提供启示. 相似文献

本文在文献研究的基础上归纳出描述和测量知识管理战略的六个主要维度:外部导向、内部导向、显性导向、隐性导向、探索导向和利用导向.基于397家中国企业的问卷调查所得数据,本文检验了知识管理战略、组织能力和企业绩效三者的关系,发现知识管理战略能显著地提升组织能力,而组织能力对企业绩效有显著的促进作用,组织能力在知识管理战略与企业绩效的关系中起完全中介作用. 相似文献

知识管理的理论和实践吸引了众多学者和企业家的关注,但在具体的实施方法上一直没有形成共识。管理的对象是“知识”,对于知识流动的理解、监测乃至控制是顺利实施知识管理项目的基础。已有的研究对知识流的讨论集中于描述概念,或通过统计分析或调查问卷得到对专利、引用等知识流动的描述。把Petri网理论用在对知识流进行刻画中,提出知识流的Petri网模型,能够描述知识分布的拓扑结构、知识存量、一定时期的知识流量和流速,使得管理人员便于监控和管理知识流动,更好地实施知识管理。把基于Petri网的知识流模型应用于航天企业中,通过实证分析说明该知识流模型对知识流动的刻画能力,并通过对现状的分析,为改进知识流动效率,实现知识管理目标提供支持。 相似文献

The authors of this article have developed six probabilistic causal models for critical risks in tunnel works. The details of the models' development and evaluation were reported in two earlier publications of this journal. Accordingly, as a remaining step, this article is focused on the investigation into the use of these models in a real case study project. The use of the models is challenging given the need to provide information on risks that usually are both project and context dependent. The latter is of particular concern in underground construction projects. Tunnel risks are the consequences of interactions between site‐ and project‐ specific factors. Large variations and uncertainties in ground conditions as well as project singularities give rise to particular risk factors with very specific impacts. These circumstances mean that existing risk information, gathered from previous projects, is extremely difficult to use in other projects. This article considers these issues and addresses the extent to which prior risk‐related knowledge, in the form of causal models, as the models developed for the investigation, can be used to provide useful risk information for the case study project. The identification and characterization of the causes and conditions that lead to failures and their interactions as well as their associated probabilistic information is assumed to be risk‐related knowledge in this article. It is shown that, irrespective of existing constraints on using information and knowledge from past experiences, construction risk‐related knowledge can be transferred and used from project to project in the form of comprehensive models based on probabilistic‐causal relationships. The article also shows that the developed models provide guidance as to the use of specific remedial measures by means of the identification of critical risk factors, and therefore they support risk management decisions. The construction industry involves many participants with different perspectives and requirements. Contracts can provide significant value, and yet ineffective contract management frequently leads to disputes. In practice, contracts are hardly reviewed, and contract management is limited. This study aims to investigate how firms can improve their internal processes relating to knowledge management (KM) through effective contract management to aid construction practitioners in managing contract disputes and changes. Using a questionnaire survey and a workshop involving experienced industry practitioners and researchers, the findings reveal that project- and individual-level implementation of KM processes is stronger than at the organizational level, and also there are substantial human resources (HR) practices that support contractual KM. Workshop participants believe efficient and effective KM can minimise losses from contract changes and disputes. A construction contract management process framework, a 19-step benchmarking model for contract management and a construction planning checklist for contractors are proposed. 相似文献

The importance of knowledge management (KM) processes for organizational performance is now well recognized. Seeking to better understand the short‐term impact of KM on firm value, this article focuses on public announcements of information technology (IT)‐based KM efforts, and uses cumulative abnormal return (CAR) associated with an announcement as the dependent variable. This article employs a contingency approach, arguing that the KM announcement would have a positive short‐term impact on firm value in some conditions but not in others. Thus, it pursues the following research question: What are the effects of contextual factors on the CAR associated with the announcement of an IT‐based KM effort? Specific hypotheses are proposed based on information‐processing theory, organizational learning theory, the knowledge‐based theory of the firm, and the theory of knowledge creation. These hypotheses link CARs to alignment between industry innovativeness and the KM process, alignment between firm efficiency and the KM process, firm‐specific instability, and firm diversification. The empirical study utilizes secondary data on 89 KM announcements from 1995 to 2002. The results largely support the hypotheses. Overall, this article provides empirical support for the theory‐based arguments, and helps develop a contingency framework of the effectiveness of KM efforts. 相似文献

Supply chain excellence has a real impact on business strategy. Building supply chains as flexible systems represents one of the most exciting opportunities to create value and one of the most challenging tasks for the policy makers. It requires integrated decision making amongst autonomous chain partners with effective decision knowledge sharing between them. The key to success lies in knowing which decision has more impact on the overall performance and this can be achieved by appropriate knowledge sharing. In this context, knowledge management (KM) can be used as an effective approach to achieve knowledge sharing and decision synchronisation in supply chains. Flexible supply chains (FSCs) are more complex and involve multiple autonomous players with varying technical cultures (affects knowledge mindsets), managerial background (affects decision knowledge) and supply chain management (SCM) exposures (affects knowledge sharing attitudes). Thus there is a need to develop demo models that can encourage chain managers towards collaborative knowledge sharing in the supply chains. This paper presents the application of one such model based on decision knowledge sharing (DKS) for improved supply chain management. A simulation model of a flexible supply chain based on DKS framework is developed for demo purposes. The key results are highlighted along with industry implications. The cost based performance of DKS at different levels of flexibility is studied. Thus a careful analysis of the chain with a focus on collaborative decisions is useful to ensure success.
