四川民族地区中小学基础教育滞后的现象制约着民族高等教育的发展,使之存在着素质教育难度大、双语教学困难多等问题。四川民族地区教育教学改革应从提高素质,调整学科专业结构和课程体系,改革双语教学模式,加强教材建设,拓展就业渠道,创建绿色教育等方面着手,全面提高办学效益,培养高素质的各类复合型双语人才。     

我国供热产业价格规制改革研究

城市供热产业具有自然垄断产业的基本特征,在城市公用事业逐步放松政府规制引入竞争的过程中,供热价格存在的问题日益凸现出来。本文从供热产业价格的现状分析入手,在阐明供热价格规制改革目的的基础上,对供热价格的规制改革进行了深入的研究,提出了通过激励性成本定价机制来形成供热零售价格和采用服务成本规制来制定供热管网接入价格的基本思路。     

用荧光微球-流式细胞术检测流行性出血热的初步研究

发展了一种应用荧光微球进行流行性出血热流式细胞术检测的新方法。方法为先在荧光微球表面连接上流行性出血热特定的抗体以及相应的抗原等物质,然后,通过TEM(透射电子显微镜)和流式细胞仪等技术对实验结果进行了表征和解释。方法的进一步研究正在进行中。     

高校学生工作精益化管理初探

目前，精益化管理思想已在世界各地被广泛应用。从精益化管理的内涵和理论框架分析入手，论述了高校学生工作实施精益化的必要性，提出了高校实现学生精益化管理的四条途径：具有系统化的设计，实施人性化管理，落实科学化原则，引入项目化管理。     

回顾与探索--解读庞德诗歌《休·塞尔温·莫伯利》的主题结构

<休·塞尔温·莫伯利>是埃慈拉·庞德的最为重要的长诗之一.该诗是在回顾主人公莫伯利创作经历和展示传统诗歌艺术衰败双重主题交错中展开;其主题是在"零焦点叙事、内焦点叙事和外焦点叙事"的多重视角转换手法的运用中立体建构;全诗的整体主题框架是在三重矛盾(炎热与阴影、个人与社会、死亡与平静)的展开中建构.诗歌的主题结构及其创建充分展现了庞德对西方文学现代化进程中困境的深刻洞察以及对振兴现代英语诗歌所进行的实验与探索.     

在普通箱式炉中进行气体软氮化的研究

本文论述了以甲酰胺为渗剂,在普通箱式电炉中,对3 Cr 2 W 8 V 等钢进行气体软氮化的研究。成功地解决了3 Cr 2 W 8 V 钢压铸模热处理变形及模具在使用中的粘模问题。提高了模具的使用寿命。     

老舍编辑出版活动及其理论述论

老舍是编辑家,是20世纪中国最具编辑风格和贡献的编辑家之一,及藉编辑出版推进通俗文艺普及与提高的卓越旗手。致力文艺出版物通俗化、民族化、大众化及中国化,是老舍编辑出版活动的主要贡献。老舍编辑出版理论与其文艺创作理论水乳交融,形成了同一的创作—编辑美学理论。他把创作理想延续至编辑出版理想,赋予编辑出版活动人性化人格化“理想”,将理念和理想贯通于创作、编辑、出版、发行整个精神产品生产的过程。老舍编辑出版活动及其理论是中国编辑史出版史上不容忽视的文化遗产。     

Using the Therapist's Inner Conversation in Teamwork with Novice Therapists

Peter Rober's work (2005a) on the therapist’s inner conversation (TIC) has been a significant contribution to understanding the therapist's 'here and now' experience that focuses on the emergence of different voices responding to what is said in the therapy session. Frediani and Rober (2016) conducted an investigation into the experience and TIC of novice therapists concerning emotions aroused and how they deal with them during family therapy. Their research prompted us to ask how this methodology could work with recent graduates and those in the last year of their undergraduate training. This was addressed in the adolescent psychotherapy team that is part of the Equipo de Trabajo y Asesoría Sistémica (Systemic Counselling and Teamwork) (eQtasis) of the Psychology Department of the University of Chile. An important characteristic has been developing an ethics for clinical practice and generating a collaborative reflexive approach as a central aspect of the clinical training. The paper aims to promote the legitimacy of the experience of novice therapists who despite limited professional experience have many stories that connect with what is said in therapy.     

A Bayesian adaptive design for biosimilar trials with time-to-event endpoint

A biosimilar drug is a biological product that is highly similar to and at the same time has no clinically meaningful difference from licensed product in terms of safety, purity, and potency. Biosimilar study design is essential to demonstrate the equivalence between biosimilar drug and reference product. However, existing designs and assessment methods are primarily based on binary and continuous endpoints. We propose a Bayesian adaptive design for biosimilarity trials with time-to-event endpoint. The features of the proposed design are twofold. First, we employ the calibrated power prior to precisely borrow relevant information from historical data for the reference drug. Second, we propose a two-stage procedure using the Bayesian biosimilarity index (BBI) to allow early stop and improve the efficiency. Extensive simulations are conducted to demonstrate the operating characteristics of the proposed method in contrast with some naive method. Sensitivity analysis and extension with respect to the assumptions are presented.     

《粤港合作框架协议》的性质、效力分析及立法建议

《粤港合作框架协议》是我国内地省份与香港特别行政区之间签署的首份综合性合作协议,是对《规划纲要》的具体落实和将CEPA协议推向纵深的有力之举。但从法理上分析,作为《框架协议》订立基础的《规划纲要》和CEPA协议目前在国内法上的法律性质和法律效力均不甚明确,使得《框架协议》自身的法律性质与效力的确定受到影响。为促进该协议目标的顺利实现,有必要完善相关立法,明确CEPA协议及《框架协议》相应的法律地位。
