A Comparison of Ethical Practices of Russian and American Managers

This study examines perception of various business practices of Russian and American managers. Using data collected from 136 Russian managers and 252 American managers we found that cross-national differences account for many differences between perceptions of business practices. Implications for managerial practice are discussed. This revised version was published online in July 2006 with corrections to the Cover Date.

试析俄罗斯对北约新一轮东扩作出的军事反应

北约新一轮东扩,将边境推进到俄罗斯大门口,这极大的挤压了俄罗斯的战略空间。俄罗斯根据本国军事专家的建议,作出了相应的军事调整,同时举行的多次大规模军演,宣传研究出新式武器,加大军队改革等等,这都是一再向世界表明俄仍是一个不容轻视的核大国,仍有实力向以美国为首的北约发起挑战。

在俄罗斯文化中各种树木有着丰富的民族文化内涵和象征意义,笔者着重叙述了俄罗斯人最喜欢的几种树木的象征意义,从中反映出人们的风俗、习惯等。     

论俄罗斯的政治发展——从政治与道德相互关系的角度

俄罗斯是个特殊的社会政治体系,政治上的专制与暴力及其虚无主义的道德说教铸成了典型的俄罗斯式的政治发展模式:普通民众被排除在政治之外,政治发展的主动权完全掌握在精英手中。     

俄、沙关系发展的历史与现状

沙特一直与美国保持着稳定的友好关系,与俄罗斯的关系不冷不热、若即若离。然而,911事件使美、沙关系发生了转折性的变化,两国的战略同盟趋于松散。与此同时,俄沙关系开始升温。在沙特看来,俄可充当其第二把“保护伞”,也是安排世界石油格局的理想合作伙伴;而俄则视沙为其重返中东和解决车臣问题的希望,且沙特雄厚的石油资本还可助其经济发展一臂之力。     

外来因素与中世纪俄罗斯文化的整合

一种文化与另一种文化的交接处往往是最具活力与张力的地带。俄罗斯民族的发展之地处在东西方文明的交汇处,这使得俄罗斯文化既受东方文化的影响,又受西方文化的熏陶。在千余年的历史进程中,俄罗斯民族形成了独特的、灿烂的文化与传统,对于促进人类社会的发展和世界文化的进步做出了重要的贡献。     

走向多元化的俄罗斯技术哲学

当代俄罗斯技术哲学和西方技术哲学相比,总体上还存在着较大差距,但俄罗斯技术哲学在保持自己传统优势的前提下,正在引进西方技术哲学特别是工程伦理学和技术社会学的合理成分,努力形成自己的特色。对20世纪90年代以来俄罗斯技术哲学发展现状、主要成果和发展方向进行了介绍和预测,指出多元化将是俄罗斯技术哲学的发展趋势,而技术本体论、技术价值论和工程伦理学将是它的研究重点。     

英俄对比应用研究

从英俄语言的亲属关系入手,阐述了两种语言存在的内在必然联系,通过探讨两种语言在语音、词汇、语法中的对比,进而指导外语学习与教学。
