莫斯科国际金融中心建设前景透析

2008年5月,俄罗斯正式提出到2025年把莫斯科建成国际金融中心的目标.围绕着莫斯科能否如期建成国际金融中心的争论也随之而起.平心而论,无论从政府的决心和作用,还是良好的经济增长基础和潜力看,俄罗斯的确在某些方面具有建设国际金融中心的有利条件.但是国际金融中心的建成是"合力" 的结果.而从目前看,俄罗斯还存在许多不利于 "合力"成长的因素.莫斯科能否如期建成国际金融中心,关键要看俄罗斯能否利用"后金融危机"环境,改变传统的 "赶超战略"思维和"重增长轻结构"的惯性发展模式,通过改革垄断行业,逐步医治"经济结构病",全方位地深化金融市场基础设施的"软件"和"硬件"建设,不断培育国际金融中心发展的底蕴.     

俄罗斯联邦对妇女的刑事政策

俄罗斯联邦《刑法典》中单独将某些侵害妇女的行为规定为犯罪,对某些侵害妇女的犯罪行为规定较重的刑罚;对犯罪妇女规定了相对轻缓的刑罚措施。《刑事诉讼法典》规定对特定身份的妇女不适用某些强制措施;有3岁以下子女的妇女可以免除陪审员职责。《刑事执行法典》中规定了男女有别的执行程序;对女犯的管束比男犯宽松;极力照顾怀孕和有幼年子女的妇女。

对抗虚无主义与寻求拯救之途——白银时代宗教哲学家对俄罗斯文化观的重构

面对着世纪的动荡、时代的转换、精神的危机与价值的虚无,白银时代宗教哲学家力图为19世纪末至20世纪初饱受苦难的俄罗斯寻求拯救之途。在寻求拯救之途的理论思索中,他们深切地意识到,俄罗斯在精神层面所面临的最大危机源于虚无主义。这种强劲的虚无主义思潮,腐蚀和侵害着俄罗斯的精神与灵魂,消解着终极的信仰与崇高的理念。由此,俄罗斯白银时代宗教哲学家力图通过以东正教为理论根基的新文化观建构,来对抗和消解虚无主义对俄罗斯精神与实践层面的侵袭。     

中美俄博弈模式分析:决策层级、动机及过程

以中美俄博弈的决策模式为研究对象,并通过列举中美和中俄两个具有合作性质的博弈案例,进而深入分析中美俄博弈的决策角色、决策动机和决策过程,指出决策角色可分为第一层级、第二层级和辅助层级,而国家利益是最重要的决策动机.为了追求决策效率,三国决策者紧密控制决策过程,防止其他权力部门分享决策权.     

1991年以来俄罗斯的中国移民构成分析

苏联解体后,俄罗斯境内的中国移民规模逐渐增大,随着俄罗斯经济社会的变化,中国移民的构成也变得更加多样和复杂。对俄罗斯边境地区四个州的中国移民情况调查表明,中国移民群体在移民类型、目的、法律地位、地区来源和去向、技术水平和行业分布等构成方面呈现出一定的特点。虽然中国的劳动移民在整体上还没有对俄罗斯劳动力市场和人口就业领域产生关键性的影响,但在俄罗斯东部,特别是在贸易、建筑业和农业等领域,移民的作用日益重要。

动词体与礼貌

动词的时体形式是表达礼貌的手段之一。俄语中的完成体/未完成体形式也能参与礼貌表达,但适用对象的性质有所不同。俄语中完成体命令式形式适宜用于维持形式距离的言语活动中,它所表达的是形式礼貌;未完成体命令式有时会因为行为符合受话人的意愿,表达的是真实礼貌。     

俄罗斯政治发展的动力机制分析

权威政治是当前俄罗斯基于特殊的国内和国际环境所确立的一种政治结构模式。目前，权威政治发挥着其在转型社会中应有的有效性，但也存在着诸多弊端，具有一定的局限性。从长远看，向民主政治转型是其必然趋向。本文结合俄罗斯政治现实，深入分析推动俄罗斯政治发展的动力机制，探寻影响俄罗斯政治发展的积极性因素，明晰俄罗斯政治发展的内在逻辑与未来趋向。     

Caregiving mothers of children with impairments: coping and support in Russia

Parents providing long‐term care for their children with impairments face myriad physical and emotional challenges. Researchers have examined coping strategies among parent caregivers in various contexts internationally. However, little research has focused on caregiving mothers of children with impairments in developing countries, and even less on mothers in Russia. The purpose of this qualitative study is to investigate the ways in which caregiving mothers cope and their perceptions of services and supports they need and utilize in a small Russian city. Semi‐structured interviews were conducted with caregiving mothers (n = 20) concerning postnatal and current treatment, information and services, finances, social support, and future plans. Analysis revealed that planning for the future and navigating limited resources, overcoming structural barriers and cultural obstacles, and maintaining social support were the three most important facets of mothers’ abilities to cope with the demands of caregiving.
