论韩侂胄与开禧北伐

南宋重臣韩■胄领导的开禧北伐，在思想上、政治上、军事上都作了较充分的准备，符合历史发展趋势，故能以胜利开始，但由于朝廷的腐朽、投降派的猖獗、主和派得势、秦桧余党的卑劣、内部的叛徒和用人不当等等原因，终以失败告终，故开禧北伐并非没有准备和自不量力，更不能把韩■胄当奸臣对待。     

我国犯罪预备处罚原则的缺陷及立法建议

根据现行刑法，我国对预备犯作原则性处罚，这样的规定存在着刑法理论、刑事立法和刑事司法的缺陷。通过对这些缺陷的分析，对于预备犯应该原则性不罚，但对少数严重犯罪的预备行为应基于刑事政策的需要作出处罚。这些处罚不是在总则上规定，而是在分则上进行规定。     

Social Work Education and Clinical Learning

In response to a growing diversity of opinion regarding educational models and essential content in clinical social work education, this paper offers a perspective concerning graduate clinical curricula. Part I, the foundational piece of the paper, discusses the definition of clinical social work, social work’s core orientation and values, and influential contextual issues. The interrelated core orientations guiding knowledge and skill development are identified as the person-in-situation perspective and the concept of relationship. Based on this foundation, Part II identifies elements of a contemporary biopsychosocial knowledge base and essential clinical skills. This paper is intended to stimulate dialogue about a topic of importance to the profession and the clients it serves.     

The satisfaction of Finnish adoptive parents with statutory pre-adoption counselling in inter-country adoptions

We examined how satisfied Finnish adoptive parents were with statutory pre-adoption counselling in inter-country adoptions. The data were collected through the Finnish Adoption Study using a retrospective survey measuring satisfaction with received pre-adoption counselling. All adoptive parents with a child under the age of 18, adopted from abroad between the years 1990 and 2007, were included. The sample of the study comprised parents of 1451 children and a total response rate of 55.7% was achieved. The data consisted of self-scored reports of satisfaction as well as open answer questions. Parent satisfaction and associated variables were analysed using chi-square and multiple logistic regression. Of the respondents, 81.7% reported satisfaction with the pre-adoption counselling they had received. The level of satisfaction was stable over time and did not differ according to service provider, whereas family type and sending country were associated with satisfaction. However the explanations for satisfaction were different for those services provided in units specialized in adoption and for those provided by municipal child protection services. The components found to explain satisfaction and dissatisfaction were experience, adoption knowledge, and attitude of the social worker, service accessibility and availability issues, as well as the content of the pre-adoption counselling offered.     

开发计算机辅助教学潜能，提高大学英语授课效率

当今大学英语教学面临教学质量要求高、课时少、任务重,而教学班级规模大、学习者英语水平差异大、老师精力有限等困难,使得信息量相对较少、授课方式相对单一、授课内容与要求相对整齐划一的传统授课方式难以顺利达到教学目标。不断开发计算机、网络潜能,以辅助教师备课、授课、开展服务于教学的科研活动,辅助学生学习,既能高效利用师资,又能弥补传统授课方式的不足,从而提高大学英语授课效率,培养新型人才。     

转型期的日本教师培养改革

进入20世纪80年代以来,日本的教师培养面临前所未有的挑战与课题:社会结构的急剧变化 对教师培养提出了更高的要求;教育病理长期居高不下严重动摇了社会对教师和教师教育的信任。在此背景 下,提高教师专业性,恢复民众对学校和教师的信任,成为日本教师培养改革的基本目标。为达此目标而进行 的教师培养改革呈现出“注重实践”、“强调合作”和“追求高度化”三个特点。在可预见的未来,日本教师教育 改革的基本方向不会发生大的变动。     

Preparation for Adoptive Parenthood with a Special-Needs Child

ABSTRACT

Mothers of 86 adopted special-needs children were surveyed regarding the tasks they undertook to prepare for parenthood. They engaged in tasks related to learning about the child most often and stated participating in training to be adoptive to be most helpful. Overall preparedness, more so than either the number or type of adoption preparation tasks (APTS) completed prior to the adoptive placement, was found to be positively associated with assessment of child and family functioning. Implications of these findings for the delivery of adoption preparation programs are discussed.     

WB-1型长效汽车防冻液的研制

研制了WB-1型汽车发动机防冻液,讨论了缓蚀剂的选择与复配关系及稳定剂和添加剂的选用,确定了乙二醇型防冻液的组成,并对防冻液的各项性能进行了测试.结果表明,WB-1型防冻液各项技术指标均达到美国ASTM D3306-94标准.     

溶胶-凝胶法制备纳米TiO2及其光催化降解甲醛的研究

用溶胶-凝胶合成纳米TiO2光催化剂．并在其悬浮体系中对甲醛进行光催化降解实验，考察了溶胶一凝胶法中酸量、乙醇量和热处理温度等对甲醛降解活性的影响．结果表明．溶胶一凝胶法制备的TiO2具有很好的光催化降解甲醛活性．最佳的制备条件是钛酸丁醋；乙醇：盐酸：水=20ml：80ml；3．5ml：l0ml，煅烧温度550℃。     

大学生步入社会前的择业期望与准备

1999年和2000年全国高等学校招生规模分别增长了47.4%和25%,招生规模迅速扩大对大学毕业生就业提出了新的挑战。大学毕业生就业问题直接关系到国家经济发展、社会稳定以及高校的生存和发展。探索毕业生择业的有关问题,加强对大学生就业能力的培养,越来越成为高校和社会关注的焦点。
