华夏建筑文化地理学研究

本文运用华夏建筑文化地理学研究建筑文化与社会环境和地理环境之间的关系 ,在近 10年的研究和几万公里的田野考察基础上得出如下结论 :赋予建筑文化体系特征的要素为社会环境和地理环境 ,当要素某因子与其它因子关系发生变化并起主导作用时 ,赋予建筑文化区域支系特征。     

“照三归端”及其成立时段讨论

"照三归端"问题一直是中国音韵学史上研究的重点及难点所在。为了更为深入地认识和了解这一问题,通过对又音、谐声、读若、假借、异文、声训等材料的分析,认为"照三归端"在汉语语音史上是客观存在的,并利用《说文解字》读若、梵汉对音、经籍旧注等材料梳理出照三组字从端组分化出来的时间,以推动汉语音韵学研究。

进化论文学观是文学革命的理论基石。它既具有观念性的指导作用 ,又有方法论上的意义 ,对文学革命的产生、发展及理论建设具有重大的影响和作用。进化论文学观作为一种文学史观 ,唯心与唯物、机械与辩证并存 ,但其合理内涵主要由社会性、革故鼎新的发展观、历史的辩证因素和人的能动性等构成     

Challenges of Hong Kong toy manufacturers operating plants in the Pearl River Delta

For years, Hong Kong has been the worlds largest toy exporter. However, as the costs of rent and labor have increased drastically over the past years, Hong Kong toy manufacturers have moved their labor-intensive operations to other lower-wage areas. The Pearl River Delta (PRD) region of the Peoples Republic of China (PRC) has been one of their favorite choices for outsourcing because of cheap and available labor. This paper explores, using data culled from interviews with the senior management of five leading Hong Kong toy companies, how some Hong Kong toy manufacturers overcame various strategic management issues after having made the move to the PRD. The results are presented within five major areas of concern: rules and regulations, the less-developed infrastructure, R&D, relationship with suppliers, and new technology, and they are used to show how the manufacturers were able to overcome various strategic constraints in order to accomplish outstanding performance. Supporting data were gathered through factory visits in order to better understand the actual operations within the PRD. This collected experience should be beneficial to other manufacturers interested in operating plants within the PRD.     

关于提高我国民事审判正当性的思考

为了合理引导改革的走向和回应当前现实的需要,应当将提高审判的正当性确立为我国民事审判制度改革现实目标.我国传统的民事审判正当化途径即"通过结果的正当化"途径存在无法克服的结构性功能缺陷,仅凭这一途径无法有效提高民事审判的正当性.这正是传统诉讼体制下审判正当性水平不高的症结所在.正当程序对于民事审判正当化有着特殊而重要的作用,通过对正当程序的建设和完善可以开辟民事审判正当化的另一条途径,即"通过程序的正当化"途径.因此,实现我国民事审判制度改革现实目标的整体思路应当是:在保留和完善"通过结果的正当化"这一传统途径的同时,通过观念转换和制度改革打通和拓宽"通过程序的正当化"这一新的途径.     

法律的“在场”与“不在场” ———对一起赡养纠纷调解事件的法社会学分析

通过对一起民间赡养纠纷解决事件中行动者意识的意向性分析,揭示了"行动者主体意识当中的法律"具有一种双重意义结构,其形式与本质不相称,甚至相互脱离,显现为一种"在场"对"不在场"的"呼唤".进而借助象征理论,将上述特征用"法律的象征意义"予以概括,以表明在现今中国人的主体意识中,法律是可以依据情境或表述的立场等的不同而随时变化的,在行动者的行动取向与法律的权利义务规范之间明显缺乏一种趋向性,而这或许正是现今中国立法与法律实施脱节的症结之处.     

Characteristics of homeless jail inmates: Implications for social work

This study set out to validate the hypothesis (belief) that homeless people were likely to commit minor offenses as solutions to their conditions. Jails, and maybe prisons, would provide three meals a day, a place to sleep, and minimal health care-especially during the winter months. Instead, the data did not support the hypothesis. Contrary to the reported practices of some homeless people in Colorado who are described as committing non-serious but timed offenses to go to jail, it found a homeless population in jail who give a literal interpretation to the political phrase the invisible people. They were not in jail because they were homeless, but instead they were in jail for serious crimes (murder, rape, drugs, robbery) and their homelessness was a side fact. Since it was not likely that this group would seek to address or resolve their homelessness, it was recommended that jail social workers identify their needs to them, track them into social welfare networks, with a designated contact person, prior to their release.
