会计委派制这种创新的会计人员管理机制,不仅具有一定的理论基础,而且在一些省市已取得了一定试点成效。它既是一个系统工程,也是一个实践工程,进一步在全国范围内推行深化还需要更多人的对其相关问题不断研究和加深认识,从而不断完善。     

大学教育应注重对大学生非智力因素的培养

随着科学技术的飞速发展,国际交往的日益频繁,国际人才市场竞争的日趋激烈,非智力因素在人才培养中的作用日显重要,从现代教育理念来看,善治学、能作事、会做人三者有机整合才是真正的力量所在。高等教育要适应时代要求,必须转变只重视知识传授、重视智力因素,忽视非智力因素培养的教育模式,加强大学生非智力因素的培养。本文试就大学教育中大学生非智力因素的培养加以探讨。     

Cross-correlation between simultaneously generated sequences of pseudo-random uniform deviates

Systematic patterns are revealed when sequences of pseudo-random uniform deviates are generated from multiplicative congruential generators. If the initial seeds, x ₀ and y ₀, for two such sequences are related by y ₀ = (n ₁/n ₂)x ₀, where n ₁ and n ₂ are relatively prime, positive integers, then an approximate argument suggests that the asymptotic correlation coefficient between corresponding members of the two sequences is (n ₁ n ₂)^–1. This unsettling phenomenon is discussed in the context of related, existing literature.

助剂及原料对铁基高温变换催化剂性能的影响

本文研究了不同铁铬原料及铜和稀土助剂对铁基高温变换催化剂活性的影响，得出最佳的配方为Fe2O381％、Cr2O38％、CuO8％、CeO23％，在汽气比为0．6的条件下,按国标ZBG74001—89检测，该催化剂在350℃时CO转化率为41．0％．经实验验证，除具有较高的耐热活性以外，该催化剂还具有很好的抗F—T副反应能力．

通过分析我国就业服务体系发展中存在的问题及其成因 ,结合当前政府、企业改革的发展趋势 ,提出大力发展公益性、非强制、非层级的非政府组织 (NGO)来克服政府失灵、市场失灵 ,从而建立一个完善、高效的就业服务体系 ,并在可行性、组织建设和组织工作等方面给出具体设想     

St. Wolfgang College's Health

St. Wolfgang College recently decided to change its health care plan. The administration took this action after just minimum consultation with the faculty. Consequently, the faculty is disheartened, seeing the action as a reflection of the college's top down decision making process and command culture. Faculty are in a quadary as to what they can do. Further, the administration of the college has largely rebuffed the faculty's efforts to increase its involvement in governance, rejecting a faculty reform effort. The college's president has a background primarily in administration at the secondary school level. Since assuming leadership he has focused on improving physical plant. He avows a mission of enhancing the college's academic reputation and has taken actions that he and the administration believe will achieve this goal, such as dismantling two year degree programs that primarily serve disadvantaged and minority students and providing extra funding to flagship programs. 创新思维和非逻辑思维的关系非常密切 ,采取对创新思维及其过程进行研究、以创新思维为参照对象展开论述非逻辑思维的方法 ,可以看到创新思维的关键是直觉、灵感、顿悟等非逻辑思维。有许多人或者认为非逻辑思维能力是神赐的、天赋的 ,是不能培养的 ;或者认为非逻辑思维能力虽能培养 ,但却难以找到有效的方法。这种观点是错误的 ,非逻辑思维实质上就是一种由不充分的前提材料就得出结论的思维活动。要培养非逻辑思维能力 ,其实就是要养成一种由不充分的前提材料就得出结论的思维习惯。正所谓 :习惯形成人的第二天性。非逻辑思维能力可以进行有效培养

本文对局部凸空间引进一致光滑、拓扑一致光滑的概念,讨论了局部凸空间的一致凸性与一致光滑性之间的某种对偶关系,证明了:(1)若局部凸空间(E′,P~*)是一致凸的,则局部凸空间(E,P)是一致光滑的;(2)若局部凸空间(E′,P~*)是一致光滑的,则局部凸空间(E,P)是一致凸的;(3)亚完备的拓扑一致光滑的局部凸空间是半自反的.
