博士后工作的认识与实践

以兰州大学博士后工作的实践为基础 ,总结了兰州大学开展博士后工作所取得的成绩和经验 ,指出了存在的主要问题。并结合“西部大开发”这一背景 ,有针对性地提出了发展兰州大学博士后事业的若干建议 ,以期对西部地区的博士后工作有所裨益。     

在现代性与后现代性之间——论20世纪90年代先锋诗歌观念的演进

在现代性与后现代性的张力关系中展开是20世纪90年代中国先锋诗歌观念的重要走向之一。这样的走向当中包含了对于诗歌观念与诗学理论的较为复杂的思考,而西方的现代性与后现代性的理论话语在提供其强大的思想动力与观念支持的同时,本身也不同程度地处于被偏离与改写的过程中。这有可能指向某种本土化观念建构与诗学话语的独立和对于当代诗歌的历史本质的深度把握。     

基于职业承诺视角的酒店管理专业学生顶岗实习分析

影响酒店专业学生职业承诺的因素较多,着重选取学生顶岗实习这一环节,分析学生性格、实习工作性质、工作环境、薪 资报酬等对学生择业、就业的影响;并在此基础上提出,学校要培养学生良好的实习态度,提高学生社会化程度,并加强学生实 习过程管理,合理安排学生工作量,帮助学生建立良好的职业规划;在校企合作上,要精选实习基地,提高学生适应能力,完善 学生实习薪酬体系等,以提高学生从事酒店行业的职业承诺水平。     

Openness in adoption: Challenging the narrative of historical progress

One significant change in adoption practice that has occurred over the last four decades is the shift away from an expectation of confidentiality towards an expectation of openness in adoption. Openness is typically conceived in terms of the level of contact between adoptive and birth families following adoption or the extent to which adoption is openly discussed within the adoptive family. While these shifts in practice have generated controversy, they are largely supported by research evidence and have become a feature of contemporary adoptive family life. As a result, the narrative that has emerged in relation to openness in adoption is one of historical progress. In this paper, I argue that the lived reality of adoption is less straightforward than this narrative suggests. An analysis of the social and cultural context in which adoption operates suggests instead that the persistent feature of adoption throughout this historical period of increasing openness can be more accurately described as a state of enduring ambiguity regarding the nature of post‐adoption relationships. The paper highlights the potentially damaging consequences of overlooking this aspect of adoptive family life and comments on the role of policy in shaping openness in adoption.     

顶岗支教实习中的师生和谐关系研究

顶岗支教实习是高校实习改革的一个积极探索,而高师生在实习中建立的师生关系是否和谐直接关系到中小学学生的心理健康和全面发展、关系到教育实习的效果、关系到顶岗支教实习方式的延续。目前顶岗支教实习中所建立的师生关系不容乐观,而和谐师生关系的建构不但需要社会、高校、中小学校、学生的支持和配合,更重要的是高师生要更新教师观念,不断提升自身素质,用爱、理解和尊重来构建和谐融洽的师生关系。     

博弈下的暗涌——解读20世纪中期英国加勒比流散文学

20世纪中期英国殖民统治逐渐走向衰落,与此同时美国正在迅速崛起,曾称霸一时的英国文化面临着被其取代甚至同化的危机。因此英国文化不断寻找着既能助其保持殖民统治,又能抵制美国化的同盟军。它们在英国加勒比移民文化中找到了可团结的力量,以此一度对加勒比移民采取拉拢的态度。反映在文学上,加勒比流散文学也需要这种拉拢才能得到英国主流文化的承认,并确立其在英国的地位,因此欣然接受拉拢,甚至主动向其靠拢;但流散书写总是不断对自我身份进行重新审视,这使加勒比作家进一步反抗殖民主义和帝国主义对其的统治。由此,二者之间虽呈现出短暂的、反常的融洽,但这种平衡终究会被打破。20世纪中期英国加勒比流散文学正是这一特殊时期的典型反映。     

The struggle for Via Bologna street market: crisis,racial denial and speaking back to power in Naples Italy

This paper is based on ethnographic research conducted with migrant and Italian street vendors in Naples, southern Italy, in 2012. It tells the story of Via Bologna market which was nearly closed down by the City Hall at the time. Naples is a city where issues of poverty and unemployment pre‐date and have been exacerbated by manifold narratives of crisis now unfolding across Europe regarding the economy, political legitimacy, security and migration. Street markets have always been an important and visible economic survival strategy for both Neapolitans and migrants there. This article shows how the Via Bologna street vendors appropriated and adapted discourses about crisis to form their own cosmopolitan social movement that halted the closure of the market. It argues that, in the age of globalized migration, the multilingual nature of such collective action is central to understanding social struggles that must be organized between marginalized groups of people divided by race, religion, politics and legal status. This, frequently ambiguous, transcultural solidarity speaks back against a mainstream post‐racial discourse – often articulated by the Neapolitan street vendors at the market – that would reduce the complexity of such collective action to questions of poverty and class struggle.     

高职院校学前教育专业学生顶岗实习满意度现状调查

顶岗实习是学前教育专业综合性最强的实践教学环节,学前教育专业学生顶岗实习的满意度情况关乎顶岗实习工作的质量。本研究通过自编满意度调查问卷对湖南省五所高职院校参加学前教育顶岗实习学生进行调查,发现学生对顶岗实习总体满意度比较高,学生对公办园的满意度显著高于民办园,学生顶岗实习满意度会影响学生的从业意愿。     

高技能人才职业素养形成规律及其养成

文章分析了职业素养的内涵及在职业生涯中的主导作用,分析了装备制造业高技能人才职业素养的形成规律,指出实践教学在形成高职工科学生的职业习惯、职业意识和职业道德中具有不可替代的作用。把职业素养培养和专业教学相结合,充分利用实践教学资源,特别是顶岗实习环节,是提升学生职业素养的基本途径。在专业性的实践教学中,教师要发挥表率引导作用、课程设置要体现专业性、教学组织要体现职业性,在顶岗实习中要加强协调,保证实习效果。     

The Place of Construction in Sociological Realism

In the contemporary epistemological debate on social reality, characterized by the crisis of post‐modern theories and the emergence of new forms of realism, are there any approaches not acknowledging some specific ontological character to the construction of social objects? The question is apparently rhetorical, but the implication of this problem are not obvious. In the sociological literature the opposition between reality and construction is not clearly defined. Sometimes it is considered a dichotomy, in other situations the synthesis of alternative theses in a dialectical horizon. The more systematic attempt considers reality and construction as analytical macro‐dimensions where the relation between social ontology and epistemology operates. From this stance, the acknowledgement of the role of social construction in a wider realist horizon is the true overtaking of postmodern philosophy. If it is true that facts exist beyond representations, it is also true that representations themselves have a specific effect on reality, who continually re‐structures itself around specific relations of emergent power. Stating that reality is socially constructed is an evident limit of postmodern theories. On the other hand, stating that only facts exist constitute an impoverishment of realism and its replacement in neo‐positivism. Social phenomena are real because they are based on specific properties of the inter‐subjective construction of social reality. This thesis represents the revitalization of an advanced, anti‐positivistic realism and the definition of the specificity of social objects. The aim of this essay is to search for a specific place of construction within the development of realist social ontology.
