跨文化视角下的民俗宗教文化旅游资料英译

为解决陕西民俗文化和宗教文化旅游资料英译中存在的一些问题,运用跨文化交际的有关理论对该领域内的若干译文进行了深度分析,认为译者跨文化意识的缺失是产生这些问题的一个很重要的原因,从而指出提升译者的跨文化意识是保证翻译质量,顺利实现跨文化交际的关键所在。     

生态问题与“审美介入”

“审美介入”在这里的再次提出，是生态现状的必然要求和解救生态灾难的必然结果。当然，“审美介入”并不是抽象的，它着眼于人与自然的“和平共处”。人与自然的“对象性”关系决定着人不能无视自然这一对象的生命存在，人对于自然的“失度”破坏，最终掘开的将是埋藏自己的坟墓。因此，我们今天必须以一种“审美介入”的态度重新处理自然和环境发生的问题，从而真正推动人类社会的向前发展。而要切实做到这一点．最终又要落实于对审美价值的认知性教育上。     

How a System Backfires: Dynamics of Redundancy Problems in Security

Increasing attention is being paid to reliability, safety, and security issues in social systems. Scott Sagan examined why more security forces (a redundancy solution) may lead to less security.⁽ 1 ⁾ He discussed how such a solution can backfire due to three major issues (i.e., “common‐mode error,”“social shirking,” and “overcompensation”). In this article, using Sagan's hypotheses, we simulate and analyze a simple and generic security system as more guards are added to the system. Simulation results support two of Sagan's hypotheses. More specifically, the results show that “common‐mode error” causes the system to backfire, and “social shirking” leads to an inefficient system while exacerbating the common‐mode error's effect. Simulation results show that “overcompensation” has no effect of backfiring, but it leads the system to a critical state in which it can easily be affected by the common‐mode error. Furthermore, the simulation results make us question the importance of the initial power of adversaries (e.g., terrorists) as the results show that, for any exogenous level of adversary power, the system endogenously overcompensates to a level that makes the system more susceptible to being attacked.

文学理论有效性问题的中西比较与评析

文学和理论的关系,直接决定着一种文学理论的有效性。在文学理论有效性问题上,西方和中国已经涌现出不少富有启发性的观点,这些观点主要可分为文学引导理论、理论引导文学、文学与理论相平衡三种。通过对比可以发现,比起西方的观点来,中国的观点呈现出更为复杂的面目:理论的现代性冲动较之西方显得更激进;在对理论的态度上每每情绪压倒论证;一些观点有暗合中国思想重实用、轻思辨的传统之处;一些观点在价值取向与学术场景之间存在错位;另一些观点则可以构成与西方理论的互补。对这些观点的认真总结和反思,将有助于推进新世纪中国文学理论的有效性建设。     

延吉市房地产市场的现状与发展对策

从20世纪90年代延吉市房地产市场就开始出现了持续快速发展的势头，并以“棚户区”改造政策等为契机，房地产开发面积大量增加，人民群众的居住环境有了很大改善。但是，从另一方面来说，由于政府加大对房地产市场的宏观调控，加上市场还不够完善，廷吉市房地产市场出现了房价上涨、空置率居高不下、结构不合理等许多亟待解决的问题。这些问题应采取优化房地产市场结构、加强土地市场管理、规范房地产市场秩序等科学化、规范化的管理措施来解决。     

Functionally Compatible Local Characteristics for the Local Specification of Priors in Graphical Models

Abstract.  The local specification of priors in non-decomposable graphical models does not necessarily yield a proper joint prior for all the parameters of the model. Using results concerning general exponential families with cuts, we derive specific results for the multivariate Gamma distribution (conjugate prior for Poisson counts) and the Wishart distribution (conjugate prior for Gaussian models). These results link the existence of a locally specified joint prior to the solvability of a related marginal problem over the cliques of the graph.
