略论中国古代题壁文化的商业功能

题壁文化在唐宋时期是一种常见的现象,与士大夫生活息息相关,具有显而易见的传播功能和商业功能。本文试图从职业题壁人及题壁作为寺院文化在寺院经济中所起的广告作用两个角度对题壁文化的商业功能进行考察,以期能对题壁文化与商业的相互关系有一较为清晰的认识。     

医疗执业风险及负面影响与对策

近年来,医疗纠纷案件数与索赔额均呈上升趋势。2002年《关于民事诉讼证据的若干规定》与《医疗事故处理条例》的实施,扩大了医疗机构及其医务人员的法律责任;因密切接触患者、药品及医疗器械,医务人员生命健康安全受到多种职业性危害,且这种危害日趋严重。社会的、法律的、医学的各种环境因素导致医疗执业风险增加。过高的医疗执业风险势必对医疗卫生事业产生一系列负面影响。有必要通过立法建立健全医疗职业保险制度,完善医疗风险社会承担机制,改善医疗执业环境。     

两种人力资本风险投资、投资风险及其风险分散

人力资本是一种特殊的资本 ,既具有物的属性 ,又具有人的属性。人们发现了人的属性后 ,这种人的属性反而限制了人们对其物的属性的考察。因此对人力资本进行风险投资以及利用投资组合分担风险等内容的研究显得相对的贫乏。本文在此试图分析人力资本的风险投资以及相应的投资风险 ,并提出一些分散风险的建议。     

Reflexivity and the Construction of Competing Discourses of Masculinity in a Female‐Dominated Profession

This paper contributes to the debates on reflexivity and change by extending our understanding of (non‐)reflexivity mechanisms in the discursive constructions of gender. Specifically, I explore how and why women persistently construct contradictory discursive accounts of men and masculinity in a female‐dominated profession of counselling psychology in Russia. Drawing on the concept of ‘interpretative repertoires’ I argue that female counsellors construct different kinds of masculinities based on three ‘repertoires’: psycho‐biological, structural and relational. I demonstrate how these constructions of masculinity are imbued with different meanings and are used to explain only certain contexts, which precludes women's ability to reflect on their contradictory nature. I conclude by discussing how an exploration of discursive (non‐)reflexivity extends our understanding of the conditions for gender transformations.     

Towards the professionalisation of public relations in Malaysia: Perception management and strategy development

The aim of this study is to explore how the status and standards of public relations as a profession are perceived by the three main groups involved in public relations: academics, practitioners, and business leaders. It is concluded that public relations can be a ‘true’ profession if all parties involved are united and committed to developing standardised, universal forms of public relations practise.     

自动化专业综合课程设计模式的构建

结合专业调整和课程体系、教学方法的改革,以促进学生能力培养为目标,探讨了自动化专业的课程设计改革。除按照传统模式在主干课程学习后安排与课程相对应的课程设计外,又安排了一门开放式、综合性课程设计,旨在将强化实践环节,突出能力培养真正落到实处,本文重点介绍了专业综合课程设置的必要性、构建具体内容及其组织实施。     

Informational Interview: Broadening Helping Field Professional Students’ Perception of Employment Opportunities in the Real World

Abstract

This study examines the impact of an informational interview assignment on students’ understanding of the human services field and their educational and career plans. Twenty-three students completed both questionnaires and open-ended questions in this study. Questionnaires were collected before and after the assignment to assess student’s knowledge, beliefs, attitudes of their major as well as a measurement of their confidence in their ability to succeed in the major; open-ended questions for student reflection were also collected after the assignment. Findings from the survey and open-ended questions suggest (a) the assignment was helpful for students to gain an understanding of the field, (b) students had an increase in a positive attitude toward the field, (c) the need to help students further clarify educational and career goals. Future research should encourage longitudinal studies of the effect of the informational interview on student’s educational and career plans.     

云南省边远地区少数民族教师职业道德的调查研究

本研究运用实证的研究方法,通过调查云南省不同地区教师职业道德状况,分析边疆少数民族教师职业道德的现状,既可以丰富和发展教师职业道德的有关理论,又能为寻找普遍调动教师的积极性、提高教师职业素质的途径提供科学依据.     

论刑事辩护律师的专业化

刑事辩护律师专业化包括辩护人专业化、业务分工专门化、法律服务专业化三层涵义,在实现了刑事辩护律师专业化的美国体现为严格执业资格、律师内部专业分工细、律师协作提供专业法律服务三个特点。以此为标准可以看出,我国刑事辩护律师专业化之路障碍重重:律师业自身发展的不成熟,保障性制度和激励机制的缺失以及律师执业环境的复杂等,这些障碍非一朝一夕能够跨越,必须通过长期的不懈努力。
