提高客运专线沉降观测精度的措施

结合目前客运专线沉降观测实践，分析了几种常用测试手段的优缺点，提出了能够满足无碴轨道沉降高精度要求的观测方法和测试元件保护方法。     

建立信用档案是加强大学生诚信教育的有效手段

诚信是中华民族的传统美德,也是大学生必备的道德品质。然而,当代大学生频繁出现诚信危机,大学生的诚信教育刻不容缓。大学生信用档案的建立可以有效约束大学生的不诚信行为,促使大学生诚信品德的形成。它既是对高校现行管理制度的有效补充,也是大学生思想道德教育的新举措,因此,建立信用档案是加强大学生诚信教育的有效途径。     

20世纪60年代初期毛泽东对恢复思想路线的努力

1957年下半年以来，党的指导思想、认识和行为程度不同地背离了实事求是的思想路线。对此，毛泽东提出了要从实际出发想问题、大兴调查研究、人的正确思想靠社会实践检验的思想，并身体力行深入实际调查研究，在七千人大会上还带头自我批评，为使党的各项事业恢复到实事求是的轨道作了巨大的努力。这种努力使得在文革前十年党虽有过曲折、犯过错误，但成绩是主要的。这种努力也为十一届三中全会后能顺利全面恢复实事求是的思想路线奠定了基础。

由于受隧道施工限界影响，客运专线双线整孔预制箱梁无法通过隧道，预制时先切除两侧部分翼缘板，待架设后再现浇切除部分翼缘板。介绍了切除翼缘板箱梁现浇施工支架的设计和关键施工技术，可为同类预制梁施工提供技术参考。

新艺术运动是19世纪末到20世纪初在西方产生并发展起来的一次具有相当影响力的艺术运动。服装设计艺术与其他的艺术门类一样,在其漫长的发展历程中,由所处时代的社会、经济、文化的影响而逐渐形成其独特的艺术特征。新艺术运动时期的欧洲女装更是如此,可以说,发生了堪称革命化的巨变,尤其是在其精彩的形式中蕴含了深厚的文化艺术内涵。     

Performance of Cellular Bucket Brigades with Hand‐Off Times

A cellular bucket brigade is a way to coordinate workers along an aisle with work content on both sides. Each worker in a cellular bucket brigade works on one side of the aisle when he proceeds in one direction, and he works on the other side when he proceeds in the reverse direction. Although the cellular bucket brigade eliminates the unproductive walk‐back, it requires more hand‐offs to assemble a product than a traditional (serial) bucket brigade. These hand‐offs may waste significant production capacity as each of them requires an exchange of work, which can be complicated and time‐consuming in practice. This motivates us to investigate the impact of hand‐off times on the cellular bucket brigade's performance. We identify sufficient conditions to ensure no workers are idle in the long run and for the system to self‐balance in a model with hand‐off times. Our results suggest that even with significant hand‐off times, the cellular bucket brigade can remain substantially (about 50%) more productive than the traditional bucket brigade especially if the team size is small and the workers’ work velocities are close to their walk velocity.

大学信仰涉及政治信仰、科学信仰、人生信仰、人格信仰、制度信仰、宗教信仰等。当今大学或缺乏信仰，故丢弃诚信、崇拜权钱、追求功利、信奉“关系”、学术造假、道德沦丧、斯文扫地。大学作为国家高端人才培养基地，要出人才、出队伍、出思想，须将“求真求实、创新开拓、诚信善行、公平正义、法治天下”视为宗旨，把信仰及道德纳入目标导向机制、动力激励机制、规范与创新机制、环境保障机制，将政治底线、学术底线、组织底线、人格底线等纳入质量预警机制。’     

Phase I Monitoring of Polynomial Profiles

In some statistical process control applications, quality of a process or product is characterized by a relationship between two or more variables which is referred to as profile. In many practical situations, a profile can be modeled as a polynomial regression. In this article, three methods are developed for monitoring polynomial profiles in Phase I. Their performance is evaluated using power criterion. Furthermore, a method based on likelihood ratio test is developed to identify the location of shifts. Numerical simulation is used to evaluate the performance of the developed method.     

电磁风扇离合器装配线控制系统的设计

为了解决传统装配流水线容易出现托盘扎堆和无法自动循环利用等问题,采用PLC、触摸屏和变频器等设计了电磁风扇离合器装配线控制系统。当平面托盘到达装配工位后滞留一段时间,然后自动地流到下一个工位;当平面托盘到达两端横向位置时,通过自动升降的输送小车传送。该系统经过实践证明安全可靠、操作简便、高效实用,具有推广应用价值。
