基于顾客网络评价的乡村民宿服务质量分析 ——以武夷山南源岭村民宿为例

以武夷山南源岭乡村民宿作为研究对象,选取携程旅行网的顾客评价数据为样本,利用ROST CM 6内容挖掘软件,进 行评论信息提取,建立3项一级指标和13项二级指标,并将点评内容与民宿服务质量测评指标相对应,分析武夷山南源岭乡村 民宿服务质量。最后,针对服务质量的不足提出升级民宿硬件设施设备、加强民宿经营者培训等意见和建议。     

县级政府、供应链管理与农产品上行关系研究

基于中国13省87个电子商务进农村示范县的调研材料,分析政府项目驱动下农产品上行问题。实践表明,政策利好为县域农产品电商发展提供了试错空间,“S2B2C”的供应链管理模式对农产品上行的推动作用明显。但是,多数县级政府未能认识到供应链管理之于农产品上行的作用,普遍存在政府治理方式滞后、公共服务网络不健全、农产品区域公用品牌缺乏、冷链等基础设施投入不足等问题。因此,为有效推动农产品上行,政府应进一步推动“公私合作”、构建一体化的公共服务、注重品牌营销、优化产品供应链管理。     

中国城镇化对服务业影响的区域差异——基于系统GMM模型的实证研究

目前中国服务业的发展离不开城镇化这一现实背景.文章选取2005-2015年省际面板数据,运用动态面板模型系统广义矩估计(SGMM)方法分别就城镇化对全国服务业发展的影响及其区域差异所做的实证研究结果表明:在全国层面上,城镇化水平对服务业发展有较显著的促进作用,但促进作用还比较小;在区域层面上,东部、中部、西部三大区域城镇化对服务业发展的影响也较小,且存在较明显的地区差异.基于研究结果,文章提出了从战略高度上重视加快新型城镇化进程以促进中国服务业更好发展,同时根据各区域的实际情况制定适宜的以城镇化促进服务业发展的政策措施等相关建议.     

企业用户云服务技术选择行为

如何选择最佳云服务方案,是企业决定采纳云服务之后所面临的一个重要决策。为了解决云服务技术选择问题,从业务流程的视角出发,以模块化系统理论为基础,提出一个流程模块化、IT可拆解性及安全风险如何影响云服务技术选择的研究模型。采用问卷调查和计量经济学的普通最小二乘法OLS进行实证分析。研究结果表明:流程模块化和IT可拆解性对云服务技术选择的抽象程度有显著的正向影响,即流程模块化程度IT可拆解性越高的企业,越倾向于选择抽象程度高的云服务,如软件即服务SaaS;而流程模块化程度和IT可拆解性越低的企业,越倾向于选择抽象程度低的云服务,如基础设施即服务IaaS。同时,安全风险会正向调节流程模块化和IT可拆解性对云服务技术选择的抽象程度的影响。     

That's My Art: A Case Study on Children's Views of Cultural Policy

How do children experience a participatory TV cultural policy project and, related to that, which views do they share on cultural policy matters? These questions guided a case study on a TV show aired on the Flemish children's public service channel, which staged children as cultural experts. Although the programme was presented as a participatory project, we found that the children's views were minimally involved in the production process. The children also expressed concerns about how (their) art and cultural practices were represented. Yet, from a cultural policy perspective, the children accepted adults’ authority in art and cultural matters.     

Availability of Mental Health Services for Individuals Who Are Deaf or Deaf-Blind

A survey of state mental health agencies found that a majority have no specific policy or procedure regarding how to provide mental health services to persons who are deaf or who are deaf-blind. Agency representatives report that staff lack knowledge of how to provide mental health services to persons who are deaf-blind and the agencies lack qualified interpreters. They recommend training for social workers and counselors to address best practices in working with people who are deaf-blind concerning communication methods and strategies, physical interaction, cultural issues, everyday life, sensory deprivation, ethics, use of an interpreter, and other general issues.     

信息共享空间的构建与创新服务——以河北工程大学图书馆为例

信息共享空间是近几年发展起来的一种新生事物，给传统的图书馆服务模式带来了严峻的挑战，以河北工程大学图书馆信息共享空间建设为例，分析了实体层和虚拟层两个层面建设的内容，介绍了信息共享空间的创新服务，并就信息共享空间的深层次服务提出了对策建议。     

An M/G/1 clearing queueing system with setup time and multiple vacations for an unreliable server

This paper studies an M/G/1 clearing queueing system with setup time and multiple vacations, in which all present customers in the system are served simultaneously and breakdowns may occur in busy or setup period. We investigate the stationary distribution of system size and the Laplace–Stieltjes transform of sojourn time. In addition, various performance measures are discussed, such as the mean system size at arbitrary time and the mean length of a vacation circle. Moreover, a cost analysis is carried out for this queueing system. Numerical results are presented to study the sensitivity of the system parameters on the expected cost function and system performances.     

进一步完善来沪人员服务和管理,推进城乡统筹发展——上海解决“新二元结构”的途径、前景及举措

国家＂十二五＂规划明确提出,特大型城市要合理控制人口规模,同时要坚持因地制宜、分步推进,把有稳定劳动关系并在城镇居住一定年限的农民工及其家属逐步转为城镇居民;对暂时不具备在城镇落户的农民工,要改善公共服务,加强权益保护。上海作为外来人口规模庞大的特大型城市,必须高度重视解决＂新二元结构＂,既要积极改善来沪人员的公共服务,促进符合条件的来沪人员不断融入上海,又要合理控制人口规模,防止＂城市病＂。     

Impact of customer loyalty and service operations on customer behaviour and firm performance: empirical evidence from UK retail sector

Abstract

Retail networks are striving to achieve competitive advantage by increasing value through loyalty and efficiency with a focus on service operations. As sales promotions have become an integral part of the retail supply chain planning, customer behavioural aspects based on loyalty and service operations have been challenged greatly. Subsequently, management capabilities, such as planning and timely replenishment, have become complicated tasks for many retail store managers. This study develops a model integrating retail network value and efficiencies with customer behaviour and performance. We validate the model using survey data from prominent U.K. retail store customers. Our data analysis shows that both loyalty and service operation attributes have positive significant impact on customer behaviour, while the service operation mediates the relationship between loyalty and customer behaviour. This result gives a new outlook to build managerial capability based on customer loyalty and service operations. Our results specifically show that the service operation attributes will indirectly influence the customers’ buying behaviour even in the presence of loyalty attribute such as promotion schemes. This result sends a strong signal to retail supply chain managers to offer customised promotions considering local community rather than having uniform sales promotion nationwide.
