通过介绍美国犹他州和印度发展软件业的经验，分析了我国西部已经完全具备发展软件产业、成为国际软件外包服务市场的内部条件。IT和网络通信技术的成熟以及经济全球化发展与成本竞争压力，迫使欧、美、日等国企业改变业务流程和进行战略性资源重组，此举不仅促进了国际软件业外包趋势，也给我国西部带来了国际软件外包的巨大机遇。在内部条件和外部机遇都具备的情况下，重点提出了我国西部发展软件业的一些战略性建议。     

朝鲜的软件产业

由于多种原因,朝鲜国内经济总体水平比较落后,但其软件业却有所不同。朝鲜软件业的发展经历了三个阶段,如今已进入一个快速发展的时期。目前,朝鲜软件业的主要研发机构有朝鲜计算机中心、平壤信息中心、金日成大学信息中心等。朝鲜十分重视软件业的发展,在人才培养、对外交流与合作等方面采取了许多措施。尽管其国内计算机普及率较低,但利用其高素质的软件专业人员优势,可以走外包出口服务的发展道路。     

Using a computer simulation game to teach family time use concepts

A computer simulation game designed to give students insights into family time use concepts has been used in an introductory family resource management class at Ohio State University and other universities. The game allows for planning for time use changes over the family life cycle. The game can give students insights into economic and sociological models of time use. It is possible that future versions of the game could be used in family counseling.His research interests include derivation of optimal decision-making rules for families and family financial management.Her research interests include financial management over the life course including financial ratios, baby boomers, and retirement. She received her Ph.D. in 1993 from The Ohio State University in Family Resource Management.His research interests include the time trade-offs made between couples, financial planning over the life cycle, and the interaction of time and money between families and their home-based businesses. He received his Ph.D. in 1993 from The Ohio State University in Family Resource Management.     

农业企业外包决策影响因素分析及政策启示——以中国农业上市公司为例

外包有利于企业整合生产要素,增强核心力量,实现价值链增值。基于45家农业上市公司2016—2020年的数据,测度了 农业企业外包水平,并实证分析影响其外包决策的因素。结果表明：农业企业的外包水平在样本期整体呈下降趋势,且农业 细分行业的外包程度存在差异,畜牧业类企业的外包水平明显高于林业和渔业类企业。整体上看,外包具有政策延续性,本期 外包程度受到上一期外包水平的影响;市场规模越大,业务外包比例也更高;而交易费用显著抑制了农业企业外包决策。据 此,提出要选择适当的分工组织形式、建立信息流畅的交易平台和营造公平诚信的外包环境等政策建议,为农业企业业务外包 营造良好商业氛围,充分发挥农业外包在带动农业、农村经济发展中的作用。     

Dynamic reliability models with conditional proportional hazards

A dynamic approach to the stochastic modelling of reliability systems is further explored. This modelling approach is particularly appropriate for load-sharing, software reliability, and multivariate failure-time models, where component failure characteristics are affected by their degree of use, amount of load, or extent of stresses experienced. This approach incorporates the intuitive notion that when a set of components in a coherent system fail at a certain time, there is a jump from one structure function to another which governs the residual lifetimes of the remaining functioning components, and since the component lifetimes are intrinsically affected by the structure function which they constitute, then at such a failure time there should also be a jump in the stochastic structure of the lifetimes of the remaining components. For such dynamically-modelled systems, the stochastic characteristics of their jump times are studied. These properties of the jump times allow us to obtain the properties of the lifetime of the system. In particular, for a Markov dynamic model, specific expressions for the exact distribution functions of the jump times are obtained for a general coherent system, a parallel system, and a series-parallel system. We derive a new family of distribution functions which describes the distributions of the jump times for a dynamically-modelled system.     

信息共享程度对物流外包激励契约的影响

本文分析了由供应商、制造商和第三方物流企业(3PLs)组成的物流外包系统,考虑了供应商和制造商信息共享程度的影响,建立了协同工作环境下的激励契约模型.结果表明,委托人偏好低努力水平时,信息共享对激励契约没有影响;委托人偏好高努力水平时,信息共享能更好的激励代理人选择委托人希望的行动.信息不共享时,3PLs只有提高对供应商努力水平的积极性;信息共享时,3PLs收入波动性增大,提高对供应商和对制造商的努力水平都能使其获得帕累托改进.本研究为物流成本在供应链成员中的分摊提供了理论依据,并提出了模型改进和研究建议.
