应用于考古数据处理的决策树算法研究

数据挖掘技术是在近来信息化进程的发展和人们对信息需求的快速增加的大背景下应运而生的一项新技术。考古研究的进步使得找寻考古数据之间关系、并以此为途径研究其背后的社会和历史发展规律成为主题,将数据挖掘技术引入考古研究领域正好顺应了这一大趋势。决策树算法是典型的数据挖掘中的分类算法。为了适应考古研究的具体要求,我们基于C4.5算法,提出了两点改进:增加了一个表示研究背景的参数向量以改进决策树算法无法充分利用先验背景的确定;改变了分裂判定准则——信息增益率的计算方法以提高算法运行速度。经过检验二者都获得了较好的效果。     

辽宁省装备制造业智能化现状、问题与对策

“智能制造”自提出以来,引起了社会各行各业的广泛关注。智能化发展已融入研究与生产的各个方面,对辽宁省装备制造业发展有着深远的影响。为推进智能化在辽宁省装备制造业中的应用,通过文献收集了解装备制造业智能化的研究现状,利用CiteSpace可视化软件分析研究热点,并指出辽宁省装备制造业智能化的主攻方向。结合辽宁省装备制造业实际情况分析智能化发展存在的问题,并提出相应对策及建议。     

Robust multi-criteria sorting with the outranking preference model and characteristic profiles

We present a new multiple criteria sorting approach that uses characteristic profiles for defining the classes and outranking relation as the preference model, similarly to the Electre Tri-C method. We reformulate the conditions for the worst and best class assignments of Electre Tri-C to increase comprehensibility of the method and interpretability of the results it delivers. Then, we present a disaggregation procedure for inferring the set of outranking models compatible with the given preference information, and use the set in deriving, for each decision alternative, the necessary and possible assignments. Furthermore, we introduce simplified assignment procedures and prove that they maintain a no class jumps-property in the possible assignments. Application of the proposed approach is demonstrated by classifying 40 land zones in 4 classes representing different risk levels.     

Factors Attracting Individuals to Nonprofit Management over Public and Private Sector Management

Little research has sought to identify the distinct advantages that nonprofits offer employees, particularly managers. Drawing upon Weisbrod's theory of managerial sorting (1988), we test a series of hypotheses about the differences among nonprofit, public, and for‐profit organizations that may explain the preference of managers to work in one sector over the other. We use pooled cross‐sectional data from the General Social Survey to test managerial sorting. We find many similarities in the perceptions of managers in the nonprofit and public sectors as compared to the for‐profit sector. However, when we examine the sorting of managers into nonprofit versus public sector jobs, we find differences in work environment. Compared to those working in the public sector, managers in nonprofits report greater freedom in deciding how to carry out their job functions, more control over their work schedules, and greater opportunities for pay increases. We conclude with a discussion of the implications of these findings for the practice of nonprofit management.     

金代散文文献概观

金代散文具有独特的发展历程和风格面貌,其文集和散在的作品原本十分丰富,遗憾的是大多已经由于战乱等原因而亡佚了,流传至今的只有几部别集和清人的辑本。历代学者虽然对金代散文评述不多,但对其脉络、特征、地位有相当精当的概括,这些都有待于进一步阐发,以期完整地描述金代散文的体系和成就。     

一种密集信号环境下雷达脉冲分选方法

针对电子战所面临的高密度,占空比大,脉冲重叠丢失率高的信号环境,构建了一个实时的脉冲信号预分选系统,改进了基于概率统计的分选算法,并提出一个剔除TOA倍数及加和关系的算法,通过试验证明了该系统和算法的可行性。通过硬件电路进行了具体实现,该系统能实时的对雷达脉冲序列进行分选,并在密集的信号环境下具有良好的分选正确率。     

记录位置不变的Hoare排序算法

本文提出用改变指向记录的指针取代Hoare排序算法中的记录移动的算法，改善了算法的时间复杂度，提高了Hoare排序的效率。

推行权力清单制度是推进政府治理现代化,建设法治政府的重要举措。浙江省是全国第一个省市县三级统筹设计、梯次推进权力清单的省份,其省级政府部门在实施过程中依照“清权、减权、制权”的基本程序有序推进、逐步做实权力清单制度,有效促进了权力科学有效运行。各项工作体现出多方倒逼,简政放权;全面起底,管理到位;突出服务,便民利民;上下联动,梯次推进的特点。为了使权力清单制度能更好地发挥作用,下一步应构建权力清单法律法规保障体系,健全事中事后监管制度,建立权力清单动态调整机制,建立权力运行流程优化机制,并形成以权力清单制度带动其他改革的机制。

介绍了一种两足步行椅机器人机械系统和控制系统的硬件设计,分析了载人两足机器人与一般两足机器人在安全性、载重量和干扰方面的不同.并通过计算机仿真技术提高了设计的效率和可靠性,从而降低了系统级开发风险.

机器人及智能装备产业的飞速发展需要大量工业机器人应用人才,在总结现有不同专业人才培养模式特征基础上,针对工业机器人技术专业人才培养的特点,提出了一种"项目引领、岗位实境"工学结合人才培养模式,经过三年的实施,取得了良好的效果,有效培养高质量的工业机器人应用人才。
