论民族院校构建和谐校园的实施路径

对于民族院校来说,和谐校园是一种和衷共济、内和外顺、协调发展为核心的素质教育模式,是以校园为纽带的各种教育要素的全面、自由、协调,整体优化的育人氛围,是学校教育各子系统及各要素间的协调运转,是学校与社会互动、教与学相长、自然与人文共融,学校各项事业协调发展的整体效应。努力构建和谐校园,为民族地区的社会主义和谐社会建设提供人才支持、科技支撑和智力服务,是民族院校的主要任务。     

任务转换范式下情绪注意偏向

相对于其他信息来说,情绪信息往往会引起情绪障碍患者更多的注意并具有一种认知加工上的优先权。在注意实验中,与中性刺激相比,具有情绪意义的刺激更能吸引注意或占用注意资源从而引起注意偏向。通过转换代价和任务规则一致性效应两个指标阐述了任务转换范式下情绪障碍患者的情绪信息注意偏向加工机制,并指出这两种指标分别代表了个体在注意偏向中的两个不同的认知控制加工,为情绪障碍患者的情绪调节提供必要的依据。文中最后还指出了ERPs、f MRI新技术是未来任务转换范式下研究情绪与注意关系的新方向。     

A joint examination of effects of decision task type and construal level on the attraction effect

The attraction effect refers to a situation in which adding an inferior alternative to a choice set increases the share of the relatively dominating alternative. This research posits that decision task type affect the attraction effect. People usually seek justification for their decisions. In a selection (or rejection) task, they are more likely to emphasize the positive (or negative) features of each option. The addition of an asymmetrically dominated decoy to a binary set of options undoubtedly provides an extra positive feature for the dominant option, and therefore induces a greater attraction effect. Contrarily, in a rejection task condition, the decoy in the trinary set seems to be the worst option and would be eliminated first, and the remaining comparison is identical with the original binary condition. Therefore, the attraction effect may decrease. Besides, the decision task type interacts with the construal level to affect the attraction effect. Specifically, a low construal level, compared with a high construal level, dampens the attraction effect to a greater extent in a rejection task than in a selection task. Results from three experiments support the proposed hypotheses.     

组织变革背景下员工角色超载的影响作用： 一个有调节的中介模型

组织变革日益成为我国企业进行转型升级的重要途径。以往研究对企业员工在变革背景下的角色压力及其影响后果关注不多,针对380名员工的问卷调查发现,在组织变革背景下,员工对自身角色超载的感知会降低他们对组织的情感承诺,进而提高其离职倾向,并同时降低其任务绩效、减少帮助行为。另外,员工在组织中的参与程度会调节上述中介关系。具体而言,当参与程度较高时,角色超载通过情感承诺间接影响离职倾向、任务绩效和帮助行为这三类结果的效应就会减弱,反之则增强。这些发现一方面增进了关于角色超载影响作用的深入理解,另一方面也对组织变革和压力管理的理论和实践提供了重要启示。     

Priority Rules for Multi‐Task Due‐Date Scheduling under Varying Processing Costs

We study the scheduling of multiple tasks under varying processing costs and derive a priority rule for optimal scheduling policies. Each task has a due date, and a non‐completion penalty cost is incurred if the task is not completely processed before its due date. We assume that the task arrival process is stochastic and the processing rate is capacitated. Our work is motivated by both traditional and emerging application domains, such as construction industry and freelance consulting industry. We establish the optimality of Shorter Slack time and Longer remaining Processing time (SSLP) principle that determines the priority among active tasks. Based on the derived structural properties, we also propose an effective cost‐balancing heuristic policy and demonstrate the efficacy of the proposed policy through extensive numerical experiments. We believe our results provide operators/managers valuable insights on how to devise effective service scheduling policies under varying costs.     

任务型教学模式在中国学生英语虚拟语气教学中的应用

语法是语言的一个不可缺少的组成部分,其中虚拟语气是中国英语学习者的一个重点和难点,传统的3P语法教学法效果较差,任务型教学模式被认为是能提高学生中介语水平和语言能力的一个行之有效的方法。通过教学实践探究了语法教学中应用任务型教学模式的可行性和有效性。基于测试收集的数据,采用SPSS 统计软件进行数据分析,分析结果表明接受任务型教学模式的学生通过虚拟语气的课堂教学后在认知学术语言水平（CALP）方面对虚拟语气的掌握优于接受传统语法教学法的学生,期望本研究能对教师在日常语法教学中设计和使用任务型教学模式有所启示。

通过对企业人才资源工作特点的分析,发现人才资源是企业的核心资源,在企业中起着举足轻重的作用.然而在现阶段,我国企业人才资源的工作满意度状况不是十分乐观,企业给予人才资源工作满意度方面存在严重问题.只有寻求切实可行的办法才能从根本上提高企业人才资源的工作满意度.     

Information management support for international negotiations

This paper examines the information processing requirements that surround the international negotiations process. General problem-solving models and generic task taxonomies are explored to provide insight into this process, a process that can be characterized as iterative options analysis. The paper also identifies a set of existing and emerging information technologies that can support the negotiation process, technologies that range from electronic mail to group decision support systems. The premise of the paper is that cost-effective information technology can support many important negotiation tasks and that existing technology has been vastly under-exploited by negotiators and their staffs. A program for introducing and evaluating information technology is also proposed.
