微博视阈下高校思想政治教育路径构建

当前,微博成了最受人们热捧的信息传播和交流工具,可以说我们已经进入到了＂微时代＂。微博对乐于接受和追捧新鲜事物的大学生的思想和行为产生了巨大影响,同时也受到了高校思想政治教育者的高度重视。本文拟从微博的传播特征、微博给高校思想政治教育工作带来的机遇和挑战入手,探寻构建＂微时代＂高校思想政治教育的新路径。

Communicating Actionable Risk for Terrorism and Other Hazards⋆

We propose a shift in emphasis when communicating to people when the objective is to motivate household disaster preparedness actions. This shift is to emphasize the communication of preparedness actions (what to do about risk) rather than risk itself. We have called this perspective “communicating actionable risk,” and it is grounded in diffusion of innovations and communication theories. A representative sample of households in the nation was analyzed using a path analytic framework. Preparedness information variables (including content, density, and observation), preparedness mediating variables (knowledge, perceived effectiveness, and milling), and preparedness actions taken were modeled. Clear results emerged that provide a strong basis for communicating actionable risk, and for the conclusion both that information observed (seeing preparedness actions that other have taken) and information received (receiving recommendations about what preparedness actions to take) play key, although different, roles in motivating preparedness actions among the people in our nation.     

农村劳动力转移就业的多元路径选择

长期以来，我国农村劳动力转移就业基本上是以流向东部沿海经济发达地区为主的单一模式。近年来，受东部沿海地区产业向中西部地区转移进程加快和内地经济快速发展的影响，区域间的比较优势逐渐弱化，农村劳动力远距离就业的选择空间越来越大，当地政府必须通过调整农业经济结构、鼓励农民自主创业、加大招商引资力度和开辟国外劳务市场等途径探索多元转移就业路径，实现农村劳动力合理转移就业。     

新农村建设中农民主体地位实现的信息化路径

农民是实践主体与价值主体的统一体,其主体地位的实现与否直接关系到社会主义新农村建设的成败。信息化与农民主体地位的实现具有一定的内在联结,实现农民主体地位是信息化在农村的发展目标,信息化在农村的发展要以农民主体地位的实现为基础,两者统一于社会主义新农村建设。在新农村建设中,应该以信息化激发农民的主体意识,提高农民的文化素质,拓宽农民利益表达渠道,改善农村公共服务水平,以此推动农民主体地位的实现。

与国际行政法的产生有关的几个基本问题——基于全球化、全球治理的视角

全球治理的提出源于全球化的推动,而全球治理的提出及实践则使国际行政法的产生、形成成为可能。具体而言,全球公民社会的兴起与国际非政府组织的发展是国际行政法产生的两个现实驱动因素。国际行政法的产生路径可总结为"自下而上"和"自上而下"的路径。国际行政法具有区别于国内行政法的若干明显特征,国际层面相比国内层面的很多特殊性也使得国际行政法的体系化发展面临诸多挑战。这些问题虽然不能忽视,但它们也并非不可克服。虽然国际行政法不如国内行政法成熟,但是如能改进合法性,便能够将超国家机构的全球治理职能发挥得更好。全球治理语境下国际行政法体系的产生、形成是一种历史的必然趋势。     

Knowledge extraction from a large on-line survey: a case study for a higher education corporate marketing

For a higher education public institution, young in relative terms, featuring local competition with another private and both long-established and reputed one, it is of great importance to become a reference university institution to be better known and felt with identification in the society it belongs to and ultimately to reach a good position within the European Higher Education Area. These considerations have made the university governors setting up the objective of achieving an adequate management of the university institutional brand focused on its logo and on image promotion, leading to the establishment of a university shop as it is considered a highly adequate instrument for such promotion. In this context, an on-line survey is launched on three different kinds of members of the institution, resulting in a large data sample. Different kinds of variables are analysed through appropriate exploratory multivariate techniques (symmetrical methods) and regression-related techniques (non-symmetrical methods). An advocacy for such combination is given as a conclusion. The application of statistical techniques of data and text mining provides us with empirical insights about the institution members’ perceptions and helps us to extract some facts valuable to establish policies that would improve the corporate identity and the success of the corporate shop.     

Counting strings at height j in Dyck paths

Let τ be an arbitrary lattice path, called in this context string, consisting of two kinds of steps (rises and falls) and let j be a non-negative integer.In this paper, the explicit formula for the generating function F_j associated with the Dyck path statistic “number of occurrences of τ at height j” is evaluated.For the expression of F_j some basic characteristics of the string are used, namely its number of rises, height, depth and periodicity, as well as the generating function of the Catalan numbers.

知识通过网络可以加快扩散.作者基于NW小世界网络视角,构建高技术企业联盟知识扩散模型,揭示联盟的知识扩散特性,并运用MATLAB软件进行模拟仿真.研究发现,减小网络的特征路径长度、增大网络的集聚系数和提高成员间的知识交流频率是促进高技术企业联盟知识扩散、提高创新效率、加快知识创新的有效途径.
