基于文献计量学的煤工尘肺研究热点分析

探究近20年来我国煤工尘肺研究发展脉络与研究热点。以中国知网(CNKI)收录的2000—2020年1485篇煤工尘肺相关研究文献为数据源,运用CiteSpace对作者、发文机构、关键词绘制可视化知识图谱,同时根据知识图谱回顾相关文献内容。结果显示,煤工尘肺研究自2000年以来发文量呈现先上升后下降的趋势,煤工尘肺相关研究呈现趋冷的状态;研究热点内容为发病机制、治疗、诊断和流行病学研究。基于煤工尘肺研究热点内容及发展脉络,建议应继续加强煤工尘肺发病机制及诊疗措施研究,同时立足于患者的实际生活,致力于全方位全周期地提高患者生活质量。     

Curved Chaotic Map Time Series Models and Their Stochastic Reversals

This paper considers two types of chaotic map time series models, including the well-known tent, logistic and binary-shift maps as special cases; these are called curved tent and curved binary families. Deterministic behaviour is investigated by invariant distributions, Lyapunov exponents, and by serial dependency. Stochastic time reversal of the families is shown to produce models which have a broader range of stochastic and chaotic properties than their deterministic counterparts. The marginal distributions may have concentrations and restricted supports and are shown to be a non-standard class of invariant distribution. Dependenc y is generally weaker with the reversed stochastic models. The work gives a broad statistical account of deterministic and stochastically reversed map models, such as are emerging in random number generation, communica tion systems and cryptography     

基于知识图谱的员工创新行为研究分析

以中国知网数据库2007—2017年收录的题名中含有“员工创新行为”的293篇期刊论文作为数据来源,借助CiteSpace5.0软件绘制可视化知识图谱,对该时间段国内员工创新行为研究的年度发文量、发文机构、文献来源机构、代表性学者及研究热点进行可视化分析。研究结果表明：2007—2010年,员工创新行为研究的载文量较少但呈逐步增长趋势,2010—2017年,员工创新行为发文量增长趋势明显;发文量排名前20的研究机构中有19个为高校;载文量在5篇以上的期刊主要为经济管理类期刊;其研究热点主要集中在员工创新行为主体研究,以及个人特征、领导力、组织文化与氛围等员工创新行为前因变量研究。未来的研究方向为：开发适合中国情境的员工创新行为量表,在整体视角下探讨不同创新主体之间的关联及员工创新行为的结果变量等。     

Constructing a strategy map for banking institutions with key performance indicators of the balanced scorecard

This study presents a structural evaluation methodology to link key performance indicators (KPIs) into a strategy map of the balanced scorecard (BSC) for banking institutions. Corresponding with the four BSC perspectives (finance, customer, internal business process, and learning and growth), the most important evaluation indicators of banking performance are synthesized from the relevant literature and screened by a committee of experts. The Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) method, a multiple criteria analysis tool, is then employed to determine the causal relationships between the KPIs, to identify the critical central and influential factors, and to establish a visualized strategy map with logical links to improve banking performance. An empirical application is provided as an example. According to the expert evaluations, the three most essential KPIs for banking performance are customer satisfaction, sales performance, and customer retention rate. The DEMATEL results demonstrate a clear road map to assist management in prioritizing the performance indicators and in focusing attention on the strategy-related activities of the crucial indicators. According to the constructed strategy map, management could better invest limited resources in the areas that need improvement most. Although these strategy maps of the BSC are not universal, the research results show that the presented approach is an objective and feasible way to construct strategy maps more justifiably. The proposed framework can be applicable to institutions in other industries as well.     

ＧＩＳ技术支持下的北宋初期丝路要道灵州道复原研究

在９世纪后半叶乃至整个１０世纪的丝绸之路东、中段交通网络系统中，灵州道占有一席之地。宋初，大食、回鹘、于阗以及归义军等民族政权多通过灵州道与北宋王朝进行经贸、文化往来。本文主要针对这一时段内灵州道的畅通情况及其道路性质进行探讨，在原有文献考证的基础上，利用考古资料、ＧＩＳ技术，尽可能实现对灵州道古地名数据的精确地理定位，最后使用ＡＲＣＧＩＳ技术，绘制灵州道的道路走向地图，为北宋灵州道区域的政治、经济、文化交流综合研究提供地理学依据。     

The Career Decision‐Making Difficulties Questionnaire: A Case for Item‐Level Interpretation

The Career Decision‐Making Difficulties Questionnaire (CDDQ; Gati, Krausz, & Osipow, 1996) has long been demonstrated as a useful instrument for career counseling practice. Several case studies have demonstrated how and why using the CDDQ facilitates the career counseling process (e.g., Amir, Gati, & Kleiman, 2008; Gati & Levin, 2014; Levin & Gati, 2014). This study explores how an in‐depth analysis of a case study conducted at the item level can provide career counselors with a richer understanding of their clients’ needs. The case study also emphasizes how administering and providing feedback on the CDDQ in career counseling sessions is likely to foster working alliances. The study concludes by presenting an intervention map based on the CDDQ taxonomy.     

德国项目教学法在高职教学中的实践与创新

项目教学法是德国＂双元制＂职业院校中盛行的教学模式,但多用于工科专业。自引入我国以来,对于工科类高职院校来说,效果非常明显,但对于财经类专业应用效果不尽人意。本文选取财经类专业岗位财务管理岗位实际工作情境之一——筹资,以项目教学法为基础,构建了包括教学情境的设计、学生学习步骤一览表的制定、学生学习步骤计划书的设计、学生自我测试及测试题库的设计、工作任务的设计、参考信息的提供、学习方法和策略的指导、项目成果的展示要求、教学评价方法的制定共9个部分组成的课堂教学体系。     

Effects of critical incident tasks on the intercultural competence of English non-majors

ABSTRACT

In this internationalised world, graduate employability in terms of intercultural communication skills needs to be taken into account in higher education. The present study aims to explore the effects of critical incident task instruction on English non-majored undergraduates’ intercultural competence. One group of students received ten weeks of instruction with one critical incident task per week and another group received standard English classes. Data were collected from the students’ pre- and post-test. The results showed a significant and strong effect of the intervention with critical incident tasks. Implications for educational practice are presented for further teaching with critical incident tasks.     

浅议当前我国立法需要完成的几个任务

我国社会主义法律体系虽然已经基本形成,但针对当前突出的社会问题,立法需要承担起社会主义道德建设的重任,树立社会主义核心价值观,实现法律与道德的相互促进。所以,在立法时应实现对社会各种利益进行确认、保护与分配的任务,平衡不同的利益冲突,加大对社会弱势群体的保护力度,以实现社会的公正与和谐。
