完善我国证券监管的几点法律思考

加强证券监管和完善证券监管的法制建设现已成为各国共识。我国的证券市场经过二十年的发展, 在证券监管法制建设方面虽已取得可喜的成绩, 但仍面临着许多问题和挑战。本文现就我国证券监管的法制建设有关问题做些思考。     

Effects of multicomponent training on functional fitness in older adults

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of a 9-week supervised multicomponent exercise program on functional fitness and body composition in independent older adults. Forty-two adults age 60-86 years were randomly assigned to an exercise or a control group and were evaluated before and after training. The training program consisted of 3 sessions of walking, strengthening, and flexibility exercises per week. The multicomponent training program resulted in significant (p < .005) improvements on the chair stand, arm curl, 6-min walk, and up-and-go tests. The findings of this study indicate that a 9-week training program increased upper and lower body strength, aerobic endurance, and agility/dynamic balance in older adults. The most affected components of functional fitness were lower body strength and aerobic endurance. There was no effect of the 9-week training on body composition.

新时期以来在文艺与政治的关系问题上所形成的“去政治化”理论“共识”,并未能为评价和指引中国文艺实践和发展提供作为理论判准和方向的理想图景。对“政治”概念的窄化认知偏见和“原罪”历史记忆,对文学本体阐释的日趋虚幻化和抽象化,正成为我们进一步认识和研究文艺与政治关系问题的桎梏。当文艺理论已进入较为常态的生存环境以及文艺实践要求理论回答时代问题的今天,应该对二者关系的言说范式做“历史化”与“问题化”的再思考,进而寻求重建文艺政治维度的合法性和正当性学理依据。

文化人类学的进化论研究的是宏观社会——文化的变迁,马文·哈里斯是美国文化人类学家中“新进化论”的代表之一,他以其进化论上的鲜明唯物主义特征而著名。本文主要剖析哈里斯的唯物主义进化论与文化唯物主义理论,并进行简单评述。     

Attachment Styles and Self‐Image in Turkish Adolescents

The purpose of this article is to examine the attachment styles and the relation of these styles to the self‐image in Turkish adolescents. The study included 378 adolescents (196 females and 182 males) from high schools with different socioeconomic status (SES) who were administered Relationship Scale Questionnaires and Offer Self‐Image Questionnaires. The findings indicate that adolescents from a low SES had significantly low scores on self‐image scales compared with those from high and middle SES. It was found that secure attachment patterns affect social relationships and superior adjustment aspects of self‐image positively. The results of this study show that attachment patterns play an important role in the development of the self‐image, which is a crucial psychological structure gained in adolescence.     

同事离职对留任员工离职意图影响的机制研究

同事离职事件对留任员工的影响是员工离职研究的新动向,但同事离职情景下探索留任员工的心境、情绪反应的研究仍存在不足。结合社会比较理论和归因理论提出假设模型,探讨同事主动离职对留任员工离职意图的影响,分析情景妒忌的中介效应和离职归因的调节效应。对所在高科技行业的4家公司198名员工进行问卷调查,采用阶层回归分析进行检验。研究结果表明,离职同事向上流动、留任员工与离职同事的表层相似性越高,留任员工的离职意图越高;离职同事向上流动、留任员工与离职同事的表层相似性越高,留任员工产生的情景妒忌也越强烈;离职同事向上流动、留任员工与离职同事的表层相似性通过情景妒忌影响留任员工的离职意图;留任员工对离职同事离职的外部归因会加强离职同事向上流动和留任员工与离职同事的表层相似性与留任员工情景妒忌的正向关系。深入探索同事离职事件的影响机制,对处置同事离职事件并降低其负面影响具有实践意义。     

加拿大远程教育研究

本文在收集整理加拿大教育资料的基础上,针对其远程教育的发展,介绍了其起源、规模、方式、技术及相应的管理、研究机构,这对于我国远程教育的发展具有一定的参考价值。
