| 摘 要： | 改革开放以后 ,我国的腐败现象出现了蔓延的趋势。不解决好反腐倡廉的问题 ,就有亡党亡国的危险。预防和治理腐败要“标本兼治 ,综合治理”。健全法制以减少腐败现象产生的机会 ,加大法律惩治力度以遏制腐败犯罪的发生 ,这既是治标也是治本。

| Abstract: | Since the reform and the enactment of "open door" policy, corruption has been worsening in China. The campaign against corruption is vital to the future of our party and our country. To prevent and check corruption we must adopt the policy of "treating both principal and secondary aspects of corruption comprehensively". To execute this policy is to strengthen the legal system and punish depraved persons severely. |
